4 Few years ago we built a new building energetically independent that allows the company to produce and operate by limiting CO2 emissions into the environment. Equipped with a photovoltaic system, the Green Building produces renewable electricity that can cover domestic demand for industrial uses, providing a work environment with low energy consumption. 5 OUR MAIN ACTIVITY GRAF is a company specializing in software design and implementation of electrical-electronic equipment and industrial automation equipment inthe fields offood, Steel, Ceramic, Transport and Frames Sectors. Our leading sectors are: Automation & Process Solution Electronic Division Machinery Division Renewable Energy Division Oil & Gas Division The company develops for its clients industrial research projects in collaboration with local universities, offering also assistance in subsidized finance. GRAF employs management systems conform to ISO9001 (Quality) and ATEX (production of products intended for installation in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres) and its laboratories are recognized by the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Education, University and Research).

8 Electronic Division An electrical system which is fit for purpose must be designed in accordance not only with the customer s current requirements, but also with potential future enhancements in mind. Moreover, the electrical system must integrate as fully as possible with the overall production process, through its flexibility of use with the other systems, compatibility with the dimensions of the premises housing it, and power availability, whilst at the same time ensuring the safety and continued operation of the equipment connected to it. An electrical system can only be considered up to standard if designed and installed by specialist technicians and, in particular, if it conforms with the requirements of the latest regulatory framework.

10 Machinery Division GRAF S.p.A. designs and manufactures automation lines specific to each sector of industry, including bespoke products for individual customers. GRAF S.p.A. has developed significant experience in the analysis, design and manufacture of industrial automation products for distribution and handling systems. Our experience in this field ranges from the ceramics sector (with tile glazing lines and software for managing grinding departments) to metalworking (welding lines) and various other industries, with colouring systems, sprayers, loading systems and much more besides.

11 Machinery Division GRAF S.p.A. Systems and Automatic Machines department (also known as the IMA dept.) has considerable know-how about the PLC and motion control devices in terms of hardware and software of the biggest names on the market. It has developed considerable experience in the design, development, testing and aftersales support of industrial systems in the most diverse sectors (ceramics, smelting, food processing, etc.) and of machine tools (from cutting benches to the most complex machining centres). GRAF S.p.A. can devise and develop control software to customer specifications whilst retaining the flexibility to meet new requirements which may arise in the future. The aim of this department is to forge partnerships with manufacturers of systems and machines, so that we can work together with them in developing their new products, adding the value that comes from our long experience, which has shown us how valuable the synergy between mechanical, electrical and software skills can be. Our technicians can work alongside any mechanical manufacturing company, taking care of the design and production side for the electrical components and the supervision and control software for the customer s machinery or systems.

12 Machinery Division GRAF SYNERGY is the Graf s Businnes that builds tools, machines and systems for the manufacture of PVC and Aluminium windows and doors. We are present in more than 30 countries around the world. We propose a list of more than 120 products, from traditional to the most complex machine center of industrial work. Our priority is to customers who wish to technically develop their production.

13 Renewable Energy Division GRAF SpA provides its expertise in the field of electronics for the realization of photovoltaic and biomass. The alternative energy division was born about 6 years ago and researches and develops proprietary technologies in Italy, highly functional and cost-effective for the customer. Our network design and distribution covers all over the country, we are present in major Italian cities.

15 OUR PRODUCTS Compressors Graf offers reciprocating compressors for gas with power from 5.5 kw up to 450 kw for different pressures available. All compressors are equipped with instrumentation and safety devices in accordance with EU Directives ATEX, PED CE. We can meet all safety standards required. 16 OUR PRODUCTS Dispensers Dispensers of the DNG series are intended to public or private stations for the refueling of light or heavy vehicles using compressed natural gas (CNG). DNG Dispensers are managed by an electronic computer of the last generation and combined with backlit LCD or high efficiency red LED display. Dispensers are manufactured and tested according to current European standards and to ATEX and CE regulations. On request the dispenser can be made following different standards according to different market requirements and features. Below is an example of the composition of the code to indicate the type of provider and the various main options.

18 OUR PRODUCTS Storage High-pressure storage packs made by modular units of 7 bottles of 80 liters each. with vertical mounting. The packs are made of heavy metallic structure made of bent sheet with a thickness of 40/10 and external treatment with hot dip galvanizing. The liquid collection circuit, placed on the lower part of the cylinders, allows the drainage of the condensed liquid and conveying towards the collection circuit. All cylinders are connected at the top (starting gas to providers) with pipe diameter 20 2,5mm and fittings Flare SAE 37 in derivation. The part below (arrival gas from the compressor) is connected with a double piping diameter 12x2mm for the gas part and diameter 10x2mm for the collection drainages circuit. The used cylinders are certified according to the PED regulation with operating pressure up to 275 bar.

19 OUR PRODUCTS Gas panels Gas panels for the management of 1, 2, 3 and more dispenser lines and storage protection circuit. The panel is composed of actuators, pressure transducers, and monitoring accessories.

20 OUR PRODUCTS Switchboards Control and management switchboard for the gas compressor. Available in different configurations to meet any request from the Italian and foreign markets.

21 OUR PRODUCTS Compact Solution Units GRAF SpA can provide prefabricated compact solutions in reinforced concrete cabins or sheet metal. These solutions allow to realize complete compression and storage stations pre-mounted. These solutions enable fast installation and startup with significant cost savings. All versions are available with electrical and hydraulic systems pre-installed.

22 OUR PRODUCTS EasyFill CNG Compressor (for private fleet) EasyFill CNG is a flexible and modular system adaptable to various needs filling fast charge for small company fleets and/or private. The storage system of modular type up to cylinders, allows a fast charging of different means.
