2 DB Progetti is a small private company based near Milan, we provide pressure vessel engineering and our core buisness is produce special internal parts for petrolchemical industries and gas filtration. We perform design calculations, design by formula (DBF) and design by analysis (DBA), Feasibility / advanced design, construction drawings and production of pressure vessel(cyclones bundles, vane pack, cartridges filters) The main activities are: Design, construction and testing: - Design and development of 2D and 3D technical drawings, solid Modeling - Development layout and GA package - Calculations of pressure vessels, filters, fasteners in accordance with ASME, AS, B.S., T.E.M.A., A.P.I., AD2000, GOST, etc. PED97/23 NDT inspections: - Liquid penetrant, Magnaflux, Ultrasound, SMEs - Internal staff with qualifications III / II level. SNT TC 1A Technical advice: - Support for the achievement of ISO9000 and ASME STAMP "U" third-party testing: - Italy testing agency TUV certified according to PED 97/23 CE and Material certification 3.2

5 PALL FILTRATION Decades of experience of our technicians has enabled us to achieve excellent results in the design and construction of equipment. Excellent knowledge of the process allows us to recommend the right solution for the separation and filtration of gas. The range of equipment that DB Projects is able to provide, rangs from the inside of the filter (plate cartridges full of filter elements, vane pack lamellar separation, cyclones bundle and separators demister), the production of the filter.

6 PALL MINI CYCLONES The cyclonic separator is the ideal solution for removing solid and liquid particles from a gaseous stream, allowing a high separation efficiency combined with a constant pressure drop with no maintenance.

8 PALL VANE PACK The separator vane pack is the ideal solution for removing liquid particles from a gaseous stream, allowing a high separation efficiency combined with a minimum pressure drop constant, with no maintenance. They are used in gas separation at the entrance of the plant for the treatment of fuel gas and upstream gas turbines or turbochargers to protect them.

12 Alcune nostre realizzazioni: QUICK OPENING CLOSURE DB PROGETTI is able to design and build quick opening closure in accordance with ASME app. 24, from 8 "to 60" with a pressure range that varies from ASME 150 # to 1500 #, carbon steel and stainless steel. In recent years DB Progetti has developed a new product called "DB speed lock" rapid closure able to perform the maneuvers of opening and closing in a time significantly reduced, because it lacks threaded pins that slow down operations. 14 Alcune nostre realizzazioni: PRODUCTION The DB Projects The production department consists of two separate units of 1000 m2 and 300 m2, the first is used for the storage, processing, assembly, and welding of the parts that make up the interior for the filtration of the gas, and the construction of pressure vessels, according to the testing department / dispatch offices. The second place is the head office were we develop pressure vessel engineering. The welding personnel qualified in accordance with ASME IX and EN / UNI.

15 PALL Partnership DB Progetti: Since 2009 DB PROGETTI have been co-operating with Pall Italy on joint projects such as the design and construction of port elements coalescing plates for skid gas filtration in Nuovo Pignone Bari. During these years, this collaboration has become more frequent, be coming more involved in projects and applications which are increasingly complex and demanding. This collaboration has resulted in the definition of an NDA between the parties..
