1 THE CLUB Grupo Presidente Usage Calendar This Usage Calendar is your key to opening The Club at Presidente Membership. It helps determine how many Points are needed for that special place you want to go and provides information about travel seasons destinations. Each night at participating Presidente InterContinental hotel or affiliated resort has a specific Point value. The number of Points needed for a reservation is determined by the destination, season, type of accommodation and number of nights you want to book. Using this calendar is easy. As you will see, it shows a different daily value for each participating Presidente InterContinental hotel and affiliated resorts. The various colors represent the spectrum of travel seasons or levels of demand: Special (Red), High (Orange), Medium High (Yellow), Medium Low (Green), Low (Blue). As a Member of The Club at Presidente you reserve by using your Points and paying a Daily Fee for each stay. You can book as many nights as you want, in the hotel and destination of your choice, and up to the number of rooms allowed per stay. The hotels and resorts in Mexico currently participating in The Club at Presidente system include Presidente InterContinental hotels in Cancun, Cozumel, Ixtapa (All-Inclusive), Guadalajara, Mexico City, Santa Fe Mexico, Monterrey, Mérida, The Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos (All- Inclusive), Best Western Plus Suites Puerto Vallarta and The Holiday Inn Puebla. 5 PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT: All reservations are subject to availability. You can reserve from nine months to just 48 hours before the arrival date. Check-in time at Presidente InterContinental hotels is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 1:00 p.m. You will be informed of Check-in and Check-out times for affiliate hotels when booking. You have the right to reserve up to five rooms during each stay. If you need more Points for a reservation you have the option to purchase additional ones at a cost of US $1.70 each, prepay future monthly installments, or acquire Additional Points Packages. The type of room available to Members of The Club at Presidente is Standard. If you d like to upgrade to the next room level you can request it at the Reservation Center. The point values for upgrades to the next room level are shown in this calendar. You will also have to pay a surcharge on your daily fee, depending on the type of room you d like, the hotel and the season. If you want to upgrade, check with your reservations agent or ask when you arrive at the hotel. They will inform you of the additional amount you must pay. Maximum occupancy for a Standard hotel room is two adults and two children 12 or under, or three adults and one child 12 or under. In this later case there will be an additional charge for an extra adult. Seasons may be modified according to Membership guidelines. The number of Points per night corresponding to each season does not change. You can consult the Club s cancellation policy in your User s Guide. CURRENT LIST (USD) a) Daily Fee: $99.00 per room/night for Presidente InterContinental Santa Fe Mexico, Guadalajara and Mérida. $ for Presidente InterContinental Cancun, Cozumel and Polanco Mexico. $ for Presidente InterContinental Ixtapa. The rate includes the All Inclusive supplement for two adults. $ for Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos. The rate includes the All Inclusive supplement for two adults. $94.00 for Presidente InterContinental Monterrey. $69.00 for Holiday Inn Puebla, La Noria. Fees include taxes. b) All-Inclusive Fee (Ixtapa and Los Cabos): $50.00 per adult/per night, and $25.00 per night / per 12-years old child or under. Includes taxes and tips. This fee does not apply to children under five years of age. c) Guest Certificate: $10.00 per room / night or $50.00 per stay, whichever is greater. (Applies only in High Season). d) Guaranty Deposit: Equivalent to the Daily Fee for a single room/night.
