11 RFA/SSA Salient Principals District-wise targets, detailed in Schedule C, will be divided among successful bidders Bidders may set higher targets for themselves Bidders may demand different subsidy for different districts Time period to implement = 6 months To get the subsidy, targets t will have to be achieved within the time period

15 Mandatory Services Subsidy winners will install Educational Broadband Centers at every High-School and College in the district, comprising of: Min 5 PCs Connected via LAN UPS Training of 2 trainers One-year free Broadband EBCs access restriction capability

16 Mandatory Services Subsidy winner will establish and operate/maintain Community Broadband Centers comprising of: Min 5 PCs Connected via LAN UPS Staffed and open to public for at least 12 hrs per day, 7 days a week.
