(Contractor) is a Public Sector Enterprise executing projects in Telecom, IT Sector and Civil both in India and Abroad. At present it has been awarded a contract valuing Rs crores by MPRDC (Employer) for Construction of Lakhnadone-Ghansore BOT Road Project. Work will be executed by TCIL and subcontractor. As per contract terms insurance policy is required in the joint names of TCIL and MPRDC covering all risks like fire, theft, burglary, earthquake, terrorism, flood etc, Insurance cover from the start date to the end of the defects liability period to cover the following risks of TCIL and subcontractor: 1. Loss and damage to the works including materials to be used for construction, Plant & Machineries. 2. Loss of or damage to Equipments 3. Loss of or damage to property (except the works, plant & materials and equipment) in connection with the contract. 4. Personal Accident Death of workers at site (Rs. 5 Lac per occurrence with the number of occurrences limited to Four). 5.Third Party Liability (Rs 50 lacs for each and all claims). The start of Project date is and expected completion date is and the defects liability period is 1 Year from the date of completion. Excess per claim will be 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of Rs 25,000/- for Normal and 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of Rs 1,00,000/- for AOG/ Major perils. Only IRDA registered Insurance Companies may Quote. Deviations, if any, from NIT terms should be highlighted separately. Personal injury or death (Rs. 5 Lac per occurrence with the number of occurrences limited to Four). Other insurance covers : Third Party Liability(TPPPD) of Rs 50 lacs for each and all claims. PREMIUM INCLUDING ALL TAXES ETC IN Rs Note: 1)Excess per claim: 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of Rs 25,000/- for Normal and 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of Rs 20,000/- for AOG/ Major perils including Earthqake. 5% of the claim amount subject to minimum of Rs 1,00,000/- for terrorism 2) Separate amount of Premium is to be quoted for S.No 1, 2 and 3, (i.e Premium for CAR and Other insurance covers) 3) Evaluation of the bids will be done on the basis of total premium quoted for 1, 2 and 3 above.
