3 ZVVZ a.s. Capital Interests of ZVVZ a.s. The company ZVVZ a.s. was founded in the year 1948 and it soon became the biggest manufacturer of ventilation equipment in Czechoslovakia with a network of assembly and service centres. Since the beginning the production program has been focused on deliveries of ventilation fans, precipitators and filters for dust removal and dust particle absorption, air-drying plants and equipment for pneumatic transport of loose bulk materials. We are an important manufacturer and supplier of equipment in the following areas: dust collection and removal ventilation pneumatic transport of loose bulk material distribution systems for air ventilation and air conditioning Our major product lines include: dust collectors ventilation fans flue gas ducting conduct pipes group I, II a III including accessories Precipitators and filters are delivered on the market through our daughter company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. We have a sufficient number of developers, designers and other specialists. We can deal with customer demands and develop unconventional solutions in all lines of our production program. Through this company we realize engineering activity and all deliveries in the sphere of precipitation and dust collecting of solid and gaseous pollutant matter in gases, filters, electrical and mechanical precipitators, stabilizers and heat exchangers. ZVVZ Energo s.r.o. ZVVZ Energo took over activities from ZVVZ a.s. which are connected with power plant engineering and provides power engineering services for the ZVVZ Group as well as for the town of Milevsko. ZVVZ Invest s.r.o. A specialized firm providing financing of development projects and suitable investments of the ZVVZ Group. The firm increases the value of free funds of ZVVZ Group. 4 Fans and Megtec Division The division delivers small, medium-sized and large fans including spare parts and service. It is focused mainly on deliveries to power plants, heating plants and other industrial operation. It also delivers fans for aerodynamic tunnels, fans for road tunnel ventilation, mine and metro ventilation. The main supply program of Fans and Megtec Division includes: axial and radial fans medium-pressure and high-pressure ventilation fans fans for nuclear and coal-burning power plants, mine ventilation, air venting of tunnels and underground premises, industrial use, aerodynamic tunnels Production Division Production division is the largest division of ZVVZ a.s. It handles complex business cases, produces documentation including designs of construction solutions and carries out production. The division also handles co-operative production within the scope of Material preparation dept., Machine workshop dept. and Paint shop dept. for the whole ZVVZ Group. The division uses carbon and stainless steel and aluminium for production. The main products of the division include: ducts, flue gas ducting and piping (for the boilers) electric precipitators and fabric filters pressure tanks, autoclaves elements of stationary pneumatic transport nuclear power plant components piping group II a III incl. accessories fans axial, radial ISO containers (steel m 3, aluminium 37 m 3 ) storage tanks, silos (for loose bulk materials, lime) Areas of ventilation fans application: steel constructions and steel smokestacks air blasting into combustion chambers of steam boilers in heating plants, power plants, suction of smoke gases for other production plants (cement works, mines, etc.) airing and conveying air metro ventilation road tunnel ventilation aerodynamic tunnels engine cooling air conditioning, refrigerating, industrial airing cooling towers with forced circulation micro towers, air coolers, condensers Megtec division collaborates and cooperates with the American company Megtec in the area of thermal combustion and dryers for polygraphic industry. It works together on production of equipment designed to incinerate methane and convert energy into electrical power. It also deals with regular engineering production. 5 Air-Conditioning Division ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. Air-conditioning division is a traditional manufacturer of air conditioning piping group I and silencers for ventilation and air conditioning and all accessories necessary for assembly of air distribution systems. Adequate production capacity makes large complex system deliveries possible. A team of experienced professionals and technicians guarantees high technical quality of the products. Quality management system with certification according to EN ISO 9001 : 2008 and a quality control system at all levels of product manufacturing ensure the highest quality. Testing at out own test facility of ZVVZ a.s. or state test facilities allows us to produce evidence of all properties of products according to national or European standards. 7 Quality Policy and Environmental Policy Certificates As a part of the strategic plan of the company we continuously expand and improve existing products and also introduce new products and services in our business domain. One of the key demands of the company management is permanent improvement of product quality and ensuring minimal environmental stress from operation of the supplied equipment and employed technology. In order to expand its business activities and to guarantee full customer satisfaction, the company will provide conditions for satisfying all existing as well as future customer demands and employee requirements. Principles of continuous quality improvement of supplied products and meeting environmental requirements on the part of ZVVZ Group: 1. Make use of the latest findings in our line of business and related areas and bring them into practical use. Observe related legislative requirements and harmonized technical norms. 2. Based on systematic market analysis we expand and streamline products and services supplied to customers. 3. Strict following of the procedures stated in documentation of quality management system by all company employees. Observing the rule of every employee is fully responsible for the quality of their work. 4. Certificate of quality management system EN ISO 9001:2008, granted by the company TÜV NORD for engineering, research, production and service of environmental equipment, especially air cleaning, waste disposal, ventilation, air-conditioning and pneumatic transportation including semi-trailer tanks, tank containers and pressure vessels. The welding process observing stricter quality requirements in accordance with EN ISO Certificate for manufacturing of pressure vessels according to AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0 and the directive 97/23/EC. Certificate ČSN EN ISO , code SKP: 28.1 a 28.3 for design and production of steel constructions in accordance with requirements of DIN 18800/7, ČSN Z2:2004, aluminium tanks and pressure tanks according to AD 2000Mbl, PED 97/23 ES.
