ANDROES was arrested and transported to FCC. ANDROES was charged with DUI, DWLR, False Report and Probation Violation /1/2013 Vallata Intoxicated Person 17:18 AST requested assistance with intoxicated female wondering in roadway. Individual was contacted and transported to FCC for Title 47. Individual will be cited for MICS /2/2013 Geist Road DUI 4:48 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Dametrey J. RICE, 19 of North Pole, was found to be driving under the influence. RICE was arrested and transported to FCC and charged DUI /2/2013 Bartlett Hall Suicidal Person 5:11 Report from friend that individual is leaving messages about planning suicide. Officer contacted individual /3/2013 Ballaine Lake lot MVA Hit and Run 18:54 Report of van in parking lot that keeps bumping into other cars. Officer responded. All owners and drivers involved contacted and participation forms and information exchanged. Photos taken of all vehicles /4/2013 Upper Dorms Vandalism 9:54 Complainant reports damage to vehicle topper during the night /4/2013 Skarland Hall MVA 15:35 Report of UAF vehicle hitting another parked UAF vehicle in the lot /5/2013 Yukon Drive MVA 17:16 Driver reports being rear ended by another vehicle.

Officer attempted to find owner in building Plates from Yukon, CA /8/2013 Alumni Drive Traffic Stop 12:52 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Travis G. HUNT, 20 of Fairbanks, was found not to have insurance. HUNT was cited for proof of insurance and required to leave and not drive vehicle /9/2013 College Road Suspicious Circumstances 1:28 Individual turned in bicycle that was given to him by male on College Road. Officer searching reported stolen bikes for match /9/2013 Wood River Elementary Agency Assist 17:58 AST requested assistance for report of female in vehicle for welfare check. AST took over scene /11/2013 Glasgow Drive Agency Assist 1:11 AST requested assistance with an assault /11/2013 Bartlett Hall Welfare Check 14:19 Report of possible suicidal subject. Officer made contact for welfare check.

Participation forms exchanged /14/2013 University and Johansen Warrant Arrest 23:43 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Justin E. RAY, 19 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. RAY was arrested and transported to FCC /15/2013 Mitchel Expressway DUI 2:18 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Lamar A. YOUNG, 27 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. YOUNG was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /15/2013 Lathrop Flats Agency Assist 3:54 AST requested assistance for possible assault at party /16/2013 Hess Village Welfare check 23:40 Request from neighbor for welfare check. Officer responded /17/2013 Ballaine lot MVA Hit and Run 14:11 Complainant reports that truck hit a parked vehicle. Both owners contacted by officer. Investigation on going /18/2013 State Virology Building Theft 8:08 Complainant reports theft of Honda generator from trailer /13/2013 University Police Department Fraud 12:06 Complainant reports receiving checks in the mail with UAF department addresses. She also is receiving packages that are not hers. Another person was contacted that had the same issues with checks. Both were advised that the checks were a scam and not to cash them or respond. Investigation on going /19/2013 North Upper Dorms lot MVA Hit and Run 16:31 Complainant reports hit and run from about two weeks ago. Possibly occurred in Chapman lot /19/2013 College Road Driving Without a License 18:38 Officer witnessed motorcycle driver without eye protection and expired registration. Driver Devon M. CORRICK, 30 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a valid license and no insurance. Vehicle was impounded. CORRICK was cited for no insurance and no valid operating license /20/2013 Farmers Loop Drugs 19:58 Traffic stop for equipment violation and no front plate. Driver given warning and pipe confiscated /20/2013 MBS lot MVA Hit and Run 21:23 Complainant reports being hit by small SUV while parked in lot. Driver of SUV left area. Officer investigated and found driver who left the scene. Erlee A. HUELLEN, 19 of Anchorage, was summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

UAF Police did impound for AST /22/2013 Geist at Thompson MVA 20:41 MVA vehicle vs bicycle. UAF EMS responded. UAF Officer determined bicyclist at fault /23/2013 University Ave. Driving While License Revoked 19:20 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Damian P. SIMON, 22 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. SIMON arrested and transporting to FCC and charged with DWLR /24/2013 College Road Warrant Arrest 0:30 Traffic stop for moving violation. Passenger Dorothy GARCIA, 30 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. GARCIA was arrested and transported to FCC /26/2013 Voided Dispatch Voided Dispatch /26/2013 Tanana Loop Driving Without a License 13:56 Traffic stop for expired registration. Driver Sean M. BURKE, 24 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a valid license and failure to carry proof of insurance. BURKE was cited for violation of license restrictions and for failure to carry proof of insurance /27/2013 University Police Department MVA 12:51 Report of MVA in police department lot. Participation forms were provided /27/2013 Hutchinson High School Suspicious Circumstances 13:44 Report that individual has been using UAF equipment and supplies for personal gain.

SMITH was summons for DWLR and cited for failure to carry proof of insurance /29/2013 Rasmuson Library Suspicious Person 10:18 During foot patrol of building, individual found sleeping in area. Individual trespassed from UAF and escorted out of area /30/2013 Geist Road DUI 0:59 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Sasha V. GRAVES, 23 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving while under the influence. GRAVES was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /30/2013 Sheep Creek Pullout Theft 19:28 Complainant report theft of red 1989 Toyota pick up truck from pullout. Investigation on going /1/2013 Gruening Building Welfare Check 10:44 Instructor did not show for class. Student requested UAF Police to check on instructor /1/2013 Sheep Creek Ext Traffic Stop 15:51 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Beau C. BOWMAN, 23 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without insurance and expired registration. BOWMAN was summonsed for improper use of registration documentation and cited for no proof of insurance /1/2013 Sandvich Road Agency Assist 17:16 AST requested an officer for a locate /2/2013 Hess Village Theft 8:41 Complainant reports theft of tires from under deck of apartment.

VANHATTEN, 19 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. CASE was cited for NVOL /12/2013 Range Road Indecent Exposure 11:01 AST transferred 911 call to UAF PD. Report that a person flashed witnesses and left in vehicle. Locate issued for vehicle /12/2013 University Police Department Fraud 14:15 Complainant reports fraud in use of identity to set up account /11/2013 Fairbanks Area Welfare Check 17:00 Request for welfare check for missing spouse. Individual contacted by officer and given ride off campus /17/2013 Hamilton Acres Agency Assist 12:39 Request from Adult Probation to assist with search of residence /17/2013 Bunnell Building Theft 15:47 Report of miscellaneous thefts from building. Investigation continuing /19/2013 Westwood Way Warrant Arrest 1:47 Officer observed intoxicated female. Celia M. VENT, 21 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. VENT was arrested and transported to FCC for the outstanding warrant /19/2013 Westwood Way Intoxicated Person 1:47 Officer observed intoxicated female and made contact. Celia M. VENT, 21 of Fairbanks, was found to be in violation of conditions of release. VENT was arrested and transported to FCC for VOCOR /20/2013 Fairbanks Street Agency Assist 10:08 AST requested assistance with possible suicidal individual /20/2013 Reichardt Building MVA 20:08 Report of a three car MVA in lot. Swarup MITRA, 30 of Fairbanks, was cited for negligent driving and no proof of insurance. Other two vehicle owners were contacted.

Individual contacted and warned. Individual later reported walking across Airport Road same complaint. MURPHY was arrested and transported to FCC and charge with DUI and Resisting Arrest /28/2013 Miller Hill Road Animal Bite/Attack 14:17 During Run for Refuge, runner was attacked by dogs. Statement taken and Animal Control contacted. Picture taken of injuries. Owners of dogs located and contacted. A juvenile passenger was found to have an outstanding warrant. Juvenile was transported to FYF. Citation issued to driver, Brandon R. HUSKA, 18 of Fairbanks, for no proof of insurance /4/2013 Sheep Creek Road DUI 17: report of possible intoxicated driver. Officer responded. Driver Valentina V. EPPINGHER, 37 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving while under the influence. EPPINGHER was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /4/2013 Chena Pump Road DUI 23:14 Officer following motorcycle doing high rate of speed. Driver Tyler J. DEROSSETT, 24 of Ft. Wainwright, was found to be driving while under the influence. DEROSSETT was arrested and transported to FCC for DUI /5/2013 Bunnell Building Theft 15:04 Complainant reports theft of 1000 ft spool of copper wire. Officer began investigation. Nicholas L. LONG, 26 of Fairbanks, was arrested and transported to FCC. LONG was charged with Theft in the Second Degree and MICS 4. Jason L. BUTLER, 24 of Fairbanks, was arrested on unrelated charges. BUTLER charged with Violating Conditions of Release and Driving With a Revoked License. Investigation on going /5/2013 Sheldon and Van Horn Driving While license is Suspended 16:05 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Jeffrey A. SKELLY, 52 of North Pole, was found to be driving with a suspended license. SKELLY was issued a summons for DWLS /5/2013 Campus Corner Tesoro Agency Assist 20:56 AST requested assistance for ID verification at gas station.

BOSWORTH transported to FCC for the warrant /14/2013 Facilities Services Illegal Use of Credit Card 8:30 Report of illegal use of University credit card by vendor /14/2013 Tanana Loop MVA 13:21 Complainant reports she was hit from behind while stopping for pedestrian. Driver Robert K. HILDEBRANDT, 64 of Fairbanks, was cited for Failure to Exercise due Caution to Avoid a Collision /15/2013 Tanana Drive DUI 2:27 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Anna N. STITT, 31 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving while under the influence. STITT was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI. Additional charges and citations pending /15/2013 Haida Lot Suspicious Person 18:36 Report of male peeking into vehicles in lot. Officer made contact. Charges pending /16/2013 On Ramp Parks Highway Driving While License Suspended 2:15 Traffic stop for no headlights. Driver Nicholas P. OTEY, 33 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a suspended license /16/2013 On Ramp Parks Highway Drugs 2:15 During traffic stop, officer found driver Nicholas P. OTEY, 33 of Fairbanks, to be in violation of probation. OTEY was transported to FCC per Probation Officer. Search warrant requests submitted. Further charges pending for driver and passenger.

15 /16/2013 UAF Campus Criminal Trespass 12:45 AST requested locate on vehicle. During area patrol, officer identified person attempting to load rebar into vehicle. Officer recovered rebar. Driver trespassed from all UAF /16/2013 Off ramp to Geist Road Drugs 15:18 Traffic stop for moving violation and missing plate. Driver Nathan D. FARNSWORTH, 28 of Fairbanks, was summons for MICS V /17/2013 Rasmuson Library Intoxicated Person 8:02 Report of male headed towards Wood Center. Male was found sleeping in library. Officer made contact. Officer ensured male was transported off campus via taxi /17/2013 Ookpik Way Agency Assist 20:54 AST requested assistance with possible suicidal female. Transported to FMH for Title /19/2013 Voided Dispatch Voided Dispatch /19/2013 University Ave Theft 14:19 Complainant reports theft of bike from rack /20/2013 Constitution Hall Theft 16:07 Complainant reports theft of bag from Constitution Hall with personal items in it /21/2013 Akasofu Building Vandalism 6:05 Report that an antenna was snapped off a vehicle behind the building /22/2013 Fine Arts Building Theft Complainant reports theft of Dell Tablet from office. 16 /23/2013 Upper Dorms Intoxicated Persons 9:30 Numerous reports of intoxicated individuals getting off bus at bus stop. Officers made made contact with two individuals. One was able to care for self and left on next bus. Second individual was transported to FCC for Title /24/2013 Dartmouth/ Chena Pump Protective Custody 3:36 AST notified of intoxicated male asking for money. AST cannot respond. UAF PD attempted to contact relative with no response. Individual transported to FCC for Title /25/2013 Justa Store Agency Assist 10:42 REDDI report received. AST en route. UAF PD found and held vehicle until AST arrived /25/2013 Thomas Street Agency Assist 19:19 Assisting AST with assault in progress between neighbors /26/2013 Hess Village Agency Assist 20:31 Agency assist with AST for child not returned by relative /28/2013 Patty Gym Suspicious Circumstances 13:03 Report of individual asked to leave closed area and would not. NEUHOFF, 19 of California, provided officer with false drivers license. NEUHOFF cited for providing False Information.

17 /2/2013 Fine Arts lot Welfare Check 7:29 Report of a running vehicle in lot with some one sleeping in vehicle. Passenger Zyved VOYZEY, 18 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. VOYZEY was transported to FCC for warrant /3/2013 Dunlap Ave Agency Assist 1:15 AST requested response to verbal DV. James M. SHULL, 39 of Fairbanks, was arrested for violating conditions of release and assault. SHULL was transported to FCC and charged with VCOR and Assault 4 DV /3/2013 Marika Street Suspicious Package 8:09 Report of white powder leaking from package. Officer determined it was coffee creamer /3/2013 Butrovich building Theft 12:10 Complainant reports laptop is missing. Complainant later reports finding it /4/2013 University Police department MVA 15:12 Driver reports hitting a vehicle while parking in the UAF Police lot. Participation forms provided /5/2013 The Marlin Traffic Offense 1:19 Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Anthony W. LINDOFF, 33 of Juneau, was found to be driving in violation of a limitation and was summonsed /5/2013 Fine Arts Burglary 8:45 Complainant reports a break in to the drama hallway. Tools from contractor taken. Fingerprints obtained and investigation on going /5/2013 Hess Village lot Theft 13:47 Complainant report theft of Baby on Board sign from vehicle.

18 /6/2013 Old U Park Building Traffic Stop 5:40 Traffic stop for equipment violations. Driver Dale R. ARKELL Jr, 30 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with no insurance. ARKELL cited for no insurance and inoperative lights /6/2013 Duckering building Disturbance 14:44 Complainant reports that an older male is talking loudly. Officer responded and found male to be attending class on second floor. Male was not a student and was escorted out of the building and trespassed from UAF. Male was transported off campus to bus stop /6/2013 Copper Lane Criminal Trespass 22:40 Officer following suspicious individuals running towards lower dorms. Officer made contact after foot pursuit. Individuals seen throwing item into woods. behind Copper Lane. Three individuals trespassed from UAF /7/2013 Bartlett Hall Drugs 0:47 During foot patrol, CSOs smelled marijuana. RA and Police Officer notified. Marijuana vaporizer confiscated. Res Life to handle administratively /7/2013 Moore Hall Intoxicated Person 1:56 Ra reports an intoxicated person outside of Moore Hall. Officer responded. Officer confirmed individual was living in Cutler Apts and assisted Res Life with getting him back in his apartment /7/2013 Wickersham Hall Harassing Communications 4:36 Officer responded to report of intoxicated female who was spitting on and harassing another individual. Suspect transported to FCC for Title 47. Charges pending.

UAF PD officer to provide supplemental report to AST for DUI arrest /7/2013 Old U Park building Intoxicated Person 11:51 Report of an intoxicated person harassing students walking from the lot to the building. Officer made contact with individual walking down University Ave. FPD assistance requested. Suspect transported to FCC and trespassed from all UAF property /9/2013 University Police Department Lost Property 13:01 Complainant reports lost medication /9/2013 Yukon Drive near Museum Driving While License Suspended 20:26 Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Fernando C. MARRERO BARRERA, 21 of Enterprise Alabama, was found to be driving with a suspended license. MARRERO BARRERA was summonsed for DWLS and vehicle released to Ft Wainwright official /11/2013 Old U Park MVA 15:45 Report that a staff member backed into another staff member's vehicle /11/2013 Old U Park MVA Hit and Run 20:03 Report that vehicle was hit while parked in lot /12/2013 Gruening Criminal Trespass 9:31 Trespassed individual found on campus. Officer arrested Gregory B. HERING, 62 of Fairbanks, and transported him to FCC for Criminal Trespass /12/2013 Haida parking lot MVA Hit and Run 12:01 Complainant reports damage to rental car while parked in lot. Rental car company contacted. Damage may be prior existing.

20 /13/2013 Tamarack Street DUI 3:53 Officer checking on parked suspicious vehicle. Officer found that the driver and only person in the vehicle, Eric S. TORVINEN, 28 of Fairbanks, was driving while intoxicated.
