CHUCKWUK was arrested and transported to FCC for Violations of Conditions of Release /31/2013 University Police Department Drugs 10:03 Complainant came to department to drop off possible drugs that were found /31/2013 Moore Hall Intoxicated Person 23:02 RA in Moore reports a resident who is intoxicated and requires a welfare check. Officer responded. Resident transported to FMH and then FCC for Title /1/2013 Holiday Gas store on Geist DUI 0:16 Officer observed license plates that appeared to be unauthorized from the state. Plates confirmed to be not in state system. Driver detained. Driver Jack A. CHARLIE, 27 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. Open alcohol containers found on the passenger seat. CHARLIE arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI, Refusal of Chemical Test, Misuse of Plates and Driving While License is Revoked /1/2013 Birch Lane Agency Assist 3:11 AST requested assistance for disturbance at bed and breakast. Intoxicated person taken home /1/2013 Thompson Drive MVA 3:11 Report of a two vehicle MVA. No injuries. Icy roads. Participation forms provided /23/2013 College Road Criminal Trespass 13:51 Report of a camp in woods. UAF Police and Facilities Services to clear area. Occupants contacted and given trespass for all UAF Proprerty.

STINSON, 50 of Anchorage, was found to be driving under the influence. STINSON arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /1/2013 UAF Roundabout MVA 22:48 Report of a two vehicle MVA. No injuries. Icy roads. Participation forms provided /2/2013 Bartlett Hall Protective Custody 0:55 RA in Moore reports a resident who is intoxicated and requires a welfare check. Officer responded. Resident transported to FCC for Title /2/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Minor Consuming 2:06 Officer in contact with intoxicated female. Female transported to FCC for Title 47. Female issued MCA summons /2/2013 MBS lot MVA 18:04 Report that driver slid into parked vehicle. Owner of hit vehicle contacted with driver's information /3/2013 Voided Dispatch Voided Dispatch 15: /3/2013 Moore Hall Sexual Assault 14:47 Walk in to University Police Department. Victim reporting possible sexual assault that occurred over the weekend. Possible suspect identified. SART exam performed. Investigation on going with search warrant application being submitted to District Attorney.

Investigation on going /5/2013 Gruening building Lost Property 10:01 Complainant reports losing wallet /31/2013 University Police Department Sexual Assault 14:09 Individual reports sexual assault that occurred in the past. Investigation on going /6/2013 UAF Campus Stalking 9:44 Report from parent of possible stalking of UAF student by another student /6/2013 SRC Theft 19:52 Complainant reports that wallet was stolen. Wallet found in bathroom and returned /7/2013 Harper building MVA 16:25 Report that UAF shuttle bus backed into a private vehicle.

COGHILL, 37 of Nenana, was cited for no insurance /9/2013 Cutler Apts Minor Consuming 1:58 RA at Cutler reports residents refusing to answer door and a report of under age drinking was received. Officer responded. Craig S. LEMMATTA, 19 of Fairbanks, Terrant P. JOE, 20 of Tok, Karsten L. REMPEL, 20 of San Clemente CA, Ryan P. TURPIN, 19 of Woodbridge VA, and Brian A. SHIELDS, 20 of Fairbanks, all were cited for MCA /9/2013 Bartlett Hall Warrant Arrest 8:33 Josephine O. WASKY, 27 of Fairbanks, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. WASKY was transported to FCC for the warrant /10/2013 Farmers Loop DUI 3:44 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver and passenger seen to be switching seats by officer. Both found to be DUI. Brandon D. JONES, 19 of Ft. Wainwright, and Christian M. PENA, 19 of Fairbanks, were found to be DUI. Both were arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Driving under the Influence. Additional charges pending /11/2013 Life Sciences building Vandalism 16:51 Complainant reports damage to vehicle parked in lot. Investigation revealed the damage did not occur on campus while parked in lot /11/2013 Geist Road McDonalds Reckless Driving 22:54 Report of Dodge truck driving on ski trails. Vehicle headed down hill off campus. Officer made contact with vehicle at McDonalds. UAF to pursue damages done on trail. Driver Tyler J. MURRAH, 18 of North Pole, summonsed for Reckless Driving.
5 /12/2013 Reichardt lot MVA 14:43 Report from UAF grounds crew that snow plowing equipment made contact with a tow ball on the back of a truck parked in the lot. Scratch made on ball. Note left with vehicle for the owner to contact police /12/2013 Taku lot Theft 21:02 Complainant reports tires stolen from vehicle parked in the lot. Investigation on going /12/2013 Wood Center Suspicious Circumstances 21:41 Complainant reports a wallet stolen and a possible assault. Suspect description obtained. Officers responded and searching area /12/2013 Signer's Hall Criminal Trespass 21:41 Individual found in car he didn't belong in. Individual trespassed from all UAF property /12/2013 Bunnell building Fight Physical 23:33 Report that individuals from were in building. Officer responded. Victim had left the area. James A. YOUNG, 33 of Chugiak, was arrested for disorderly conduct. YOUNG had victim's ID from YOUNG transported to FCC and charged with Disorderly Conduct and trespassed from all UAF. Additional charges pending /13/2013 Duckering building Criminal Trespass 1:52 Individual from reported to be in Duckering building. Individual then went to library. Officer made contact and arrested Henok T. MESHESHA, 27 of Fairbanks, for Criminal Trespass. MESHESHA was transported to FCC and charged with Criminal Trespass /15/2013 MBS Minor Consuming 3:06 Officer on foot patrol in dorms. Officer located intoxicated individual. Individual transported to FCC for Title 47 and will be issued a summons for MCA.
6 /15/2013 MacLean House Intoxicated Person 5:48 RA reports a guest of a resident is intoxicated and will not leave. Officer responded. Female located by officer and attempted to run away. Individual found to be on probation. Probation Officer contacted. Melinda M. DOYER, 29 of Fairbanks, was remanded for Probation Violation. DOYER was transported to FMH and charged additionally with Resisting Arrest /15/2013 Moore Hall lot MVA Hit and Run 10:25 Res Life employee reports damage to department vehicle done in lot. Officer investigated and found the delivery truck that did the damage. Driver did not know he hit the vehicle. UA Risk Management notified /16/2013 Great Hall Suspicious Person 5:00 Report of a person sleeping near vending machines. Officer made contact and individual trespassed from Fine Arts building /17/2013 Bartlett Hall Domestic Disturbance 7:48 Possible Domestic Violence reported. Caller witnessed domestic dispute. Daniel M ADAMS, 18 of Fairbanks, was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Assault IV DV. Victim provided information on DV and victim rights. ADAMS trespassed from all UAF property except own dorm /18/2013 Great Hall Suspicious Person 4:02 Report of male sleeping on the floor. Officer responded. Individual trespassed from UAF /18/2013 Old U Park lot MVA 11:48 Report from driver that while making a right hand turn into lot, he hit and knocked over the stop sign. Facilities Services contacted for gravel, snow removal and sign.

Officer made contact and escorted individual to bus /18/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Vandalism 21:48 Report of vehicle extensively keyed. Owner not sure if it happened on or off campus /20/2013 Walsh Hall lot MVA 8:24 UAF Grounds crew reports one of their vehicles hit vehicle in lot. Owner contacted and information exchanged. Risk Management contacted /20/2013 University Police Department Administrative Function 15:15 Background investigation for department applicant /20/2013 UAF Campus Fraud 16:42 Complainant reports an internet scam. Officer investigating /20/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Theft 23:25 Complainant reports winter tires stolen from back of truck. Possible suspect vehicle identified. Investigation on going /20/2013 Pub Theft 23:52 Complainant reports theft of jacket from Pub. Investigation on going /21/2013 Rasmuson Library Criminal Trespass 2:54 During foot patrol, officer found two individuals sleeping in 23 hour study area. Both trespassed from UAF /21/2013 University Police Department Found Property 13:34 Item found in parking lot returned to owner.

Investigation on going /21/2013 Wood Center Found Property 16:21 Item found in park area returned to owner /21/2013 South Eielson lot MVA 18:43 Report that shuttle bus driver clipped a vehicle that was parked in exit only side of bus turn around area /22/2013 Farmers Loop Road Driving While License Suspended 2:56 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Tamel A. BELTON, 22 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a suspended license. Vehicle impounded and BELTON transported to FCC and charged with DWLS /22/2013 MBS Probation Violation 4:37 Report of loud music coming from dorm room. Polly A. KATELNIKOFF, 18 of Fairbanks, was found to be intoxicated and in violation of conditions of release. KATELNIKOFF was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with VCOR and MCA /23/2013 University Police Department Agency Assist 15:07 Report of a burglary off campus. AST contacted. Suspect on campus. Suspect arrested /23/2013 Campus Corner Tesoro Agency Assist 18:54 AST requesting assistance with two individuals. One transported by UAF PD to FCC for Title 47. The other arrested by AST for Violation of Conditions of Release /24/2013 Moore Hall Intoxicated Person 1:12 Report of intoxicated female in dorms. RA checked on individual. EMS contacted. Female transported to FMH. Female to be issued summons for MCA.

WILLIAMS Jr, 20 of Fairbanks, was found to be in violation of probation. WILLIAMS was transported to FCC and remanded for Probation Violation /25/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Theft 10:12 Complainant reports theft of Coca Cola Bear. Last seen a few weeks ago. Message was left that "the bear will be returned when the food gets better." /25/2013 Owl Drive Agency Assist 12:53 Fed Ex driver report of being threatened with gun at off campus residence. AST contacted /25/2013 Museum MVA 15:42 Parking services reported driver hit a ticket kiosk in museum lot. Driver contacted by UAF Police. Picture taken /25/2013 Reichardt lot Theft 20:08 Complainant reports vehicle was broken into and speakers and air compressor stolen /25/2013 W. Eielson lot MVA Hit and Run 22:27 Report of damage to a vehicle that may have occurred on or off campus /26/2013 N. Reichardt lot Theft 16:46 Complainant reports vehicle was broken into and items were taken /27/2013 Life Sciences Facility Theft 14:37 Complainant reports phone was taken from jacket on November 20th.

Driver Justus W. WHITE, 20 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving without a license. WHITE was summonsed for driving without a license and no proof of insurance and vehicle released to a licensed driver /4/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Theft 15:50 Complainant reports theft of items from vehicle /4/2013 Fine Arts Theft 12:01 Complainant reports theft of Surface tablet. Tablet taken from backpack in Davis Concert Hall. Investigation on going. Unfounded. Tablet found and not stolen /4/2013 Geist Road Driving Without a License 23:31 Traffic stop for no headlights. Officer found two juveniles in vehicle, both without a license. Mother of driver was contacted. Driver summonsed for driving without a license /6/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Minor Consuming 2:53 Traffic stop for obscured plates. Odor of alcohol coming from vehicle. Brandon E. PAUL, 18 of Fairbanks, was arrested for Minor Consuming. PAUL was transported to FCC and charged with Habitual MCA /21/2013 MacLean House Theft 15:23 Complainant reports car radio and lights stolen from vehicle.

Intoxicated male transported to FCC for Title /9/2013 Eielson lot MVA 6:29 Driver reported hitting another vehicle in the lot /9/2013 Mitchell off ramp Agency Assist 14:01 AST requested assistance with vehicle in ditch /9/2013 MACS bus stop at UAF Intoxicated Person 17:59 Bus driver reports bus heading toward Wood Center has an intoxicated person on board. Intoxicated male transported to FCC for Title /10/2013 North Upper Dorms lot Suspicious Circumstances 0:36 Report of two males pulling on vehicle door handles. Officer made contact. Both trespassed from UAF residental facilities.

Investigation on going through postal service /14/2013 Bartlett Hall Welfare check 1:30 RD at Bartlett Hall reports highly intoxicated student. Student taken for Title 47 and to be charged with Violating Conditions of Release /15/2013 South Upper Dorms lot DUI 4:41 Traffic stop for moving violation and stopping in the road. Driver Christopher W. JONES, 30 of Pittsburgh PA, was found to be driving under the influence. JONES was arrested and transported to FCC for DUI /15/2013 University Ave Drugs 19:05 Traffic stop for driving without headlights on. Cyrus J. EVIKANA, 28 of Nuiqsut, and Eunice N. PAUSANNA, 26 of Nuiqsut, were summons for MICS /16/2013 MBS Overdose 4:10 Report that female took an overdose of tylenol. Officer responded with EMS. Female transported to FMH /17/2013 Suicidal Person 3:43 received from off campus location from student who may be suicidal. Local law enforcement agencies and relatives contacted to determine physical location of student for welfare check. Relative made contact /15/2013 SRC Theft 14:51 Complainant reports cash was stolen from wallet in locker room.
13 /18/2013 MBS Criminal Trespass 23:11 Trespass advisement given by officer to student /19/2013 Cutler Apartments Theft 6:22 Vehicle stolen from parking lot of Cutler Apartments. Vehicle located off campus and towed back to UAF Police for investigation. Second vehicle impounded for search warrant. Suspect identified /21/2013 Farmers Loop DUI 6:17 Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Rachel J. BURROUGHS, 28 of Fairbanks, was found to be be driving while under the influence. BURROUGHS was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI, Driving with a Revoked License and Leaving the Scene of a Damage only Accident /21/2013 Butrovich building Criminal Trespass 20:15 Report of vehicle stuck in hillside or trying to drive up Butrovich hill. Officer responded Individuals already had prior contact for driving on trails and snowboarding in unauthorized areas. Charges for vandalism due to damage of off road driving may be forwarded. Both individuals in vehicle trespassed from all UAF property /22/2013 Farmers Loop DUI 0:39 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Kelli D. GOGGANS, 27 of Hewitt TX, was found to be driving while under the influence. GOGGANS was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /22/2013 Justa Store Agency Assist 4:01 AST requested assistance with REDDI report /22/2013 University Ave MVA 13:48 Multiple vehicle accident. Clara J. BRADY, 18 of Fairbanks, driver of one vehicle, was cited for failure to exercise due caution to avoid an accident.

Officer investigated /27/2013 Mitchel Expressway Traffic Hazard 0:21 Report of vehicle in the road, barely off the road with a flat tire. No driver around.
