Passenger Cheryl L. LARSEN, 20 of Fairbanks, was issued summons for MCA /24/2014 Farmers Loop and Army Road DUI 1:58 Traffic stop. Driver Tristan J. HOVEST, 26 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. HOVEST was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /24/2014 University Ave. Vehicle Theft 2:47 Officer received call of possible suspicious circumstances involving a vehicle. Officer attempted to make contact with vehicle. Vehicle sped away and vehicle then ditched at UAF. Driver attempted to flee. Suspect finally detained.
