Investigation on going /16/2014 Rasmuson Library Vandalism 2:13 Complainant reports finding graffiti on walls in stairwell. Officer responded and found other locations of graffiti in building. ROZA was arrested and transported to FCC and charged DUI /19/2014 Geist Road Post Office area Minor Consuming 2:01 Officer observed a vehicle slide and crash at post office and then proceeded to continue going. Tanner J. RHINES, 18 of Fairbanks, was issued a summons for MCA /19/2014 Lower Dorms Minor Consuming 2:44 Officer found one female passed out on staircase. Female transported to FMH by UAF EMS. Female to be issued summons for MCA /19/2014 North Upper Dorms lot Vehicle Fire 12:01 Officer responded to report of vehicle fire in lot. UAF Fire department responded. Fire extinguished. Vehicle total loss /20/2014 Taku Bus Hut Agency Assist 9:24 Report from custodial employee of purse found in bus hut. Purse found in garbage can. UAF CSO collected purse. Owner contacted. Purse stolen from off campus location and theft reported to AST. Investigation assistance for AST continuing /15/2014 Hess Village Theft 16:56 Impropper plates found associated with vehicle. One missing since last spring and the other since winterbreak /22/2014 Moore Hall Drugs 18:04 RA in Moore Hall found bag of marijuana in lounge /23/2014 UAFPD Parking lot MVA 12:58 Complainant reports her parked car slid into another parked car in the lot. Tow truck called as vehicles could not be moved manually /23/2014 North Chandalar Vandalism 14:31 Complainant reports extensive damage done by residents and items missing /24/2014 Taku lot Criminal Trespass 0:07 Individual found sleeping in bus hut. Individual trespassed /24/2014 UAFPD Parking lot MVA Hit and Run 13:06 UAF police trailer observed to have been hit in lot. Video showed that a UAF vehicle did the damage earlier while sanding and did not report it /24/2014 University Ave MVA 13:15 Borough bus struck by vehicle. Minor injuries. UAFFD and EMS responded. Individual to be trespassed based on behavior, prior contacts and no affiliation with UA /31/2014 Museum of the North Suspicious Circumstances 9:51 Staff member reports suspicious vehicle in lot the night before /31/2014 MBS Minor Consuming 20:52 Caller reports person smoking marijuana in vehicle off campus. Officer responded. Vehicle contacted. Driver Benjamin G. KIRSCHENSCHLAGER, 19 of Fairbanks, was found to be a minor driving after consuming alcohol. KIRSCHENSCHLAGER summonsed for MOAC /1/2014 University Police Department Administrative Function 14:06 Background investigation for applicant /2/2014 Hess Village Disturbance 1:02 Caller reports yelling and crying in next apartment. Welfare check requested. Officer responded. One individual transported to FCC for Title 47. Four others given disorderly conduct warnings and transported to residences /9/2014 Off Campus Harassing Communications 21:24 Follow up with on going off campus, non UA affiliated possible harassment.

Driver Michael D. WHITE, 35 of Delta Junction, was found to be driving while impaired. WHITE arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI drugs and DWLR /3/2014 Farmers Loop Road Drugs 21:42 Search warrant pending for possible drugs during REDDI stop /4/2014 Moore Hall Theft 13:25 Complainants report theft of bikes. Investigation on going into thefts /4/2014 Elvey Building Suspicious Circumstances 23:07 Investigation into report of suspicious person and complaint from department /5/2014 Moore Hall Domestic Disturbance 22:50 RD reports male shoved female and called her derogatory name. They may have left in vehicle. Officer made contact with another RA who saw the incident and described individuals. Contact made with victim. Suspect identified. Female transported to FCC for Title /8/2014 Moore Hall Minor Consuming 1:01 Officer on foot patrol checked dorm room. Found individual passed out intoxicated on bed. Individual transported to FMH by UAFFD EMS. Individual to be summonsed for MCA /9/2014 Fahrencamp Ave Agency Assist 3:49 AST requested assistance to investigate large party possibly with juveniles. Three officers responded to break up party and clear vehicles from area /9/2014 Bartlett Hall Intoxicated Person 5:00 Report of dorm resident yelling she wanted to kill herself. When RA responded to room, resident refused to come to the door. Officer made contact and transported female to FCC for Title /9/2014 Mitchel Expressway Agency Assist 13:57 AST had vehicle locate out for hit and run. UAF officer made contact. Non affiliated individual to be traspassed from all UAF and domestic dispute handled through court.

10 /10/2014 College Road Reckless Driving 21:19 Reckless driving observed by officer near Mike's Chevron on College Road. Driver Joshua J. PROVOST, 27 of Honululu Hawaii, summonsed for Reckless Driving /11/2014 Dartmouth Drive DUI 3:18 AST reports complainant states female driving vehicle is intoxicated. Vehicle located. Driver Dawn R. FELIX, 29 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. FELIX was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /11/2014 Airport Way near Wilbur Drugs 21:51 Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Wolfgang S. SMITH, 20 of Fairbanks, arrested drug possession. SMITH tranported to FCC and charged with MICS 5 and MIC /13/2014 Patty Ice Arena Theft 15:17 Complainant reports theft of skates from locker room. Skates were returned to Patty Ice, taken by mistake /14/2014 Taku lot Drugs 1:59 Officer investigating two vehicles parked in lot for extensive time. Koby S. KELSEY, 21 of Fairbanks and Carolyn M. DESKINS, 20 of Fairbanks, both summonsed for MICS /14/2014 Lathrop Hall Theft 22:28 Complainant report dropping cell phone outside of Lathrop Hall near Lola Tilly. Phone had tracking program on it. Locations used identified in city of Fairbanks /14/2014 Campus Corner Tesoro Protective Custody 23:17 Intoxicated male reported. Males contacted by officer and transported to FCC for Title 47.

11 /15/2014 Butrovich hill DUI 0:21 Traffic stop for moving violations. Driver Mit P. PATEL, 22 of Fairbanks, found to be driving under the influence. PATEL arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /15/2014 Farmers Loop Road Welfare check 1:30 Indvidual observed crawling in road. Indvidual transported to FCC for Title /15/2014 Wood Center Minor Consuming 2:02 Women found in Wood Center bathroom. Female located and transported to FMH then FCC for protective custody. Female to be summonsed for MCA /15/2014 Moore Hall Welfare Check 3:47 Report from relative that student living in dorm is texting weird stuff and may be drinking. Officer responded and contacted RA. AST called for assistance. Nicole M. PINGAYAK, 21 of Fairbanks, was arrested and tranported to FCC and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Lindsay T. PINGAYAK, 19 of Fairbanks, was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Discorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and summonsed for Minor Consuming /15/2014 Old U Park Harassing Communications 10:50 Report from an instructor that male student is harassing female student. Officer investigated. Male contacted by officer and instructed not to contact female. Investigation on going to possible other related incidents /16/2014 MBS Assault DV 6:19 Desk attendant at dorms reports upset female who asked him to contact police. 911 call also received from dorm room reporting screaming and male pushing female. Officers responded. Thomas R. ALBERT, 22 of Fairbanks, was arrested for Assault DV. ALBERT was transported to FCC and charged with Assault IV DV. Female transported for protective custody.

ELI was arrested and transported to FCC for warrant /17/2014 Skarland Hall Theft 19:58 Complainant reporst theft of laptop from room. Laptop found later in bathroom /18/2014 Bartlett Hall Intoxicated Person 0:58 RD reports intoxicated student in dorm. Officer responded. Two individuals transported for Title /18/2014 South Eielson lot Vandalism 9:55 Complainant reports large scratches on side of vehicle /19/2014 Rasmuson library Criminal Trespass 1:14 During foot patrol, officer found non affiliated person sleeping in area. Individual trespassed from all UAF property and instructed to leave campus /19/2014 Constitution Hall Drugs 10:16 Report that mail room smells like marijuana. Officer responded. Package found that odor is coming from. Search warrant obtained. Charges pending /19/2014 SRC Theft 21:45 Complainant reports cash taken from wallet. Investigation on going /20/2014 Stevens Hall Drugs 0:24 Officer on foot patrol. Officer observed open window. Occupants found to have drug paraphernalia in room. Items seized to be destroyed. MURPHY, 18 of Fairbanks, summmonsed for Minor Consuming /24/2014 Palo Verde Intoxicated person 18:30 Officer observed intoxicated person in middle of the road. Transported for protective custody /24/2014 MIRL Building Theft 18:16 Reported possible theft from club of equipment and funds. Investigation on going

Second theft also reported of wallet /25/2014 University Police Department Found Property 16:49 Found laptop was turned over to OIT to try and locate owner /25/2014 Wood Center Intoxicated Person 17:17 Bus driver reported an intoxicated male at Wood Center. Officer made contact. Transporting individual to residence off campus /26/2014 Wood Center Warrant Arrest 20:48 Warrant Arrest for outstanding warrant. Jennifer L. WASHINGTON, 24 of Saint Michael, AK, was transported to FCC for warrant /27/2014 University Police Department Lost Property 10:21 Report of a lost ring. Description provided. Unknown as to exact location on campus it was lost /27/2014 Fine Arts Intoxicated Person 21:08 Officer observed highly intoxicated male in core area. Robert K. ALEXANDER, 26 of would not cooperated with officer. ALEXANDER arrested and transported to FCC. ALEXANDER charged with Harrassment, Resisting Arrest, Violating Conditions of Release and trespassed from all UAF /27/2014 Wood Center Intoxicated Person 22:34 Pub manager reports an intoxicated female refusing to leave. Officer made contact with female. Attempting to make contact with family to pick female up. Female released for caretaking and trespassed from UAF /28/2014 Bartlett Hall MVA Hit and Run 8:33 Report of damage to Law Enforcement Academy truck while parked in lot.

15 /28/2014 Fine Arts Criminal Trespass 20:57 Officer trespassed individual for the night due to intoxication /28/2014 Wood Center Theft 22:37 Individual reported to officer theft of a purse and a jacket. Provided description of suspect to officer /1/2014 MacLean House Protective Custody :59 RD at MacLean House reports intoxicated individual. Individual taken to FCC for Protective custody /1/2014 MBS Minor Consuming 2:26 Officer observed disturbance outside of MBS. Kinik J. NAKAK, 19 of Saint Michael, AK, issued summons for Minor Consuming and released to friend for the night /1/2014 MBS front lot DUI 2:24 CSO observed person sleeping in running vehicle. Officer made contact. Ryan C. VANDERBIE, 24 of Anchorage, was arrested for DUI. VANDERBIE was transported to FCC and charged with DUI and summonsed for MICS /1/2014 Campus Corner Tesoro Drugs 13:38 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver Nicholas J. MARDEUSZ, 27 of Fairbanks, was summonsed for MICS /1/2014 Hess Village Harassing Communications 18:45 Complainant reports female is threatening to post items on Facebook if he does not pay her. Officer investigated. Extortion may be not be local. Complainant advised to contact Facebook and FBI.

Male transported to FCC for Title 47. Female cooperated and allowed to back to event /2/2014 MBS Probation Violation 0:10 RD reports male is intoxicated. Officer responded and made contact. Probation officer contacted. James L. WILLIAMS, 20, remanded to FCC for Probation Violation. WILLIAMS trespassed from all UAF and summonsed for MCA /2/2014 Gruening building Intoxicated Person 1:03 Report of theft of vehicle. Vehicle determined not to have been stolen. Owner forgot he did not drive it to the Pub /2/2014 Bartlett Hall Intoxicated Person 4:47 RA in Bartlett reported having issue with intoxicated female. Officer responded. Female transported to FCC for Title /2/2014 West Valley Plaza Drugs 23:13 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Vehicle impounded for investigation. Passenger Gwendolyn M. LEIVDAL, 33 of Fairbanks, was arrested, transported to FCC and charged with MICS 4. Charges pending for driver /2/2014 West Valley Plaza Warrant Arrest 23:13 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Passenger Lance E. ALLEN, 40 of Fairbanks, was found to have outstanding warrants. ALLEN was remanded to FCC for the warrants.

17 /4/2014 Butrovich Building Warrant Arrest 4:14 During foot patrol officer made contact with custodial worker. Barrett T. JENSEN, 25 of Fairbanks, was found to have an outstanding warrant. JENSEN was remanded to FCC for the warrant /5/2014 Rasmuson Library Criminal Trespass 2:06 Foot patrol of library. Officer made contact with individual who had been drinking. Individual not affiliated with UAF and was trespassed from UAF property. Individual left campus /5/2014 Voided Dispatch Voided Dispatch 9: /5/2014 Farmers Loop Road Agency Assist 8:45 Assisting AST with motor vehicle accident /7/2014 Lola Tilly Drugs 0:24 Complainant reports kids in upper lobby of Lola Tilly. Officer made contact with five individuals. Marijuana and pipe turned over to officer. Res Life contacted as all were told to return to their dorm rooms /7/2014 Bartlett Hall Sexual Assault 18:48 Sexual assault reported. Officer made contact with victim, took statement and provided victim assistance. Investigation on going /8/2014 Geist Road Traffic Stop 0:45 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver warned for speeding. Juvenile passenger found to be intoxicated. Juvenile summonsed for MCA /4/2014 Duckering building Lost Property 16:21 Report of lost property. Property still not found by March 8th.

SHIELDS, 25 of Fairbanks, was cited for no insurance /11/2014 MBS Minor Consuming 1:22 Officer on foot patrol of dorms contacted vehicle in lot. Officer made contact with muliple individuals. Kaylena R. CHARLIE, 18 of Minto, was issued a citation for MCA. A juvenile was also cited for MCA and guardian contacted /11/2014 Bartlett Hall Intoxicated Person 2:38 Officer observed intoxicated individual. Individual transported to FCC for Title /11/2014 Moore Hall Drugs 20:50 Officer on foot patrol of dorms. Ausin C. ROGERS, 18 of Chugiak, summonsed for MICS V /11/2014 Fairbanks Agency Assist 16:09 State Drug Enforcement Unit requested assistance /14/2014 Patty Gym Intoxicated Person 19:29 Officer on foot patrol of Patty Gym. Officer observed intoxicated individual. Individual transported to FMH for protective custody /15/2014 Shypoke Agency Assisst 2:23 AST requested assistance with large juvenile party at residence /16/2014 Hess Ave Agency Assist 3:14 AST requested assistance with call from residence that some one may be in her house.

KOZENVNIKOFF, 20 of Fairbanks, was arrested for Assault DV. KOZENVNIKOFF was transported to FCC and charged with Assault in the 4th Degree Domestic Violence and Reckless Endangerment /18/2014 Wood Center Intoxicated Person 13:34 Intoxicated male acting aggressively reported by staff. Officer responded and male transported to transit center and given 6 month trespass from UAF /19/2014 MACS Bus Stop Intoxicated Person 16:31 Bus driver reports individual refuses to get off bus and is arguing with the driver. Officer responded. Individual transported to FCC for Title /21/2014 Farmers Loop Road DUI 2:01 Officer observed moving violations of a vehicle. Officer made traffic stop. Driver Latrese P. DILLIHUNT, 23 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. DILLIHUNT arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /22/2014 Tanana and Farmers Loop DUI 4:20 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Tracy J. ASICKSIK Jr., 21 of Bethel, was found to be driving under the influence. ASICKSIK was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI

Driver Sterling DEWILDE, 33 of Fairbanks, was cited for no proof of insurance /23/2014 Geist Road Traffic Stop 4:01 Traffic stop for moving violation.
