7 BIM INTEGRATION: REVIT, ALLPLAN, ARCHICAD Quantities, location and cost relevant data is retrieved from the model even if no special action is performed by the project team Catalogues in BIM format for the easy selection of work units Data may be checked before being added to the estimate Optional feed-back from the estimate to the model Selected estimate elements are displayed in the model Estimate and model may evolve at the same time Changes, additions and deletions between successive data versions are detected Manual changes in the estimate do not mix with BIM data
