The server will receive the call; then connect the client to the destination party. Once the destination party has answered, the system rings the callback user at the number he previously indicated. 11 How It Works Technology Inc. The caller dials in using either the local or (Toll-free) phone number of the service provider. The VoIP gateway, with the assistance of the IVR server, will prompt the caller to enter the PIN (Calling Card or Account) number. PIN-less (if ANI (Caller ID) is registered). Once the PIN is entered, the system will authenticate the caller, prompt the IPsmarx Switch to announce the account balance to the caller, and invite the caller to dial the destination number. After the Destination number is entered, the system will calculate the maximum call duration and the IPsmarx Switch will play it to the caller. Once the call is completed, the call charge will be deducted from the caller's account balance.
