Solution Benefits: H323 and SIP Support Multi-Carrier Support Pin Generation Management Tools Reseller/Agent Management Companies or entrepreneurs that are looking to implement a Calling Card Platform making use of VoIP technology. Emergent ITSPs (Internet Telephony Service Providers) who, by taking advantage of the recently deregulated market, are using a Calling Card Platform as the first step in ultimately becoming a full size telco provider. Existing Calling Card companies who would like to shift to the new VoIP technology platform in order to tap into this already established, low-cost technology and its savings. ISPs (Internet Service Providers - by land, fixed wireless, or satellite) or Internet Café owners who would like to introduce new telco services by adding to their existing infrastructure. 11 How It Works Technology Inc. The caller dials in using either the local or (Toll-free) phone number of the service provider. The VoIP gateway, with the assistance of the IVR server, will prompt the caller to enter the PIN (Calling Card or Account) number. PIN-less (if ANI (Caller ID) is registered). Once the PIN is entered, the system will authenticate the caller, prompt the IPsmarx Switch to announce the account balance to the caller, and invite the caller to dial the destination number. After the Destination number is entered, the system will calculate the maximum call duration and the IPsmarx Switch will play it to the caller. Once the call is completed, the call charge will be deducted from the caller's account balance.
