2 CRTTERISTICHE SIGNIFICTIVE DELL NOSTR PRODUZIONE MIN CHRCTERISTICS OF OUR PRODUCTION RNGE Tutta la produzione VPS revini vuole essere una produzione di alta qualità. Difatti, il progetto, la scelta dei migliori materiali, lavorati con le tecnologie più avanzate e con un controllo meticoloso ed accurato in ogni fase del processo produttivo, permettono le elevate caratteristiche e le molteplici applicazioni indicate per ciascun tipo di prodotto, oltre alle quali desideriamo informare che: 1. tutti i corpi delle vostre valvole, cioè le fusioni, sono realizzate in ghisa speciale ad alta resistenza ed in Shell Moulding. Con questo tipo di ghisa è stato possibile ottenere, a parità di ingombri esterni, passaggi interni più ampi e di conseguenza perdite di carico più ridotte. i cursori sono realizzati in acciaio legato ad alta resistenza, sono nichelati, sono bilanciati radialmente ed hanno delle speciali nicchie che ne migliorano notevolmente la progressività. SONO TOTLMENTE INTERCMIILI 3. tutte le molle sono realizzate in acciaio legato ad alta resistenza. Quelle di taratura precompresse a pacco. l errore di forma, cioè la tolleranza max. del foro che alloggia il cursore è di micron, sia nella rotondità che nella rettilineità. il drenaggio, cioè il trafilamento a 1, con viscosità dell olio 3 cst, a C, varia da 1 a cm³/min in funzione del tipo di distributore e del tipo di cursore. tutta la n/s produzione, cioè il 1%,viene collaudata su speciali banchi di collaudo dove, oltre al controllo dei normali parametri, viene simulato, per quanto è possibile, l impianto del Cliente, così come vengono tarate tutte le valvole alla taratura richiesta dal Cliente stesso 7. la pressione max. di esercizio è indicata a 3/, ma non abbiamo nessun problema ad andare oltre tale pressione anche del 3% e per alcuni tipi anche del % sempre, ovviamente, in regime di sicurezza e di tranquillità di funzionamento. molte e svariate soluzioni speciali sono state realizzate per particolari esigenze del Cliente che, per ovvie ragioni non possiamo qui rappresentare, ma siamo disponibili e felici di mettere a disposizione della n/s Clientela tutta la n/s esperienza, al fine di trovare la soluzione migliore per ogni necessità.
