3 UIMM mission: social policies Negotiating bargaining rounds Participating in joint social Committees Developing consulting activities (HR, legal ) Developing vocational training strategies & tools Dates-clés du dialogue social sur la formation et l emploi en France Accord National Interprofessionnel (ANI) sur la formation et le perfectionnement professionnels du 9/7/1970 : premier accord sur la formation professionnelle ANI relatif à l accès des salariés à la formation tout au long de la vie du 5/12/2003 : le salarié devient acteur de sa formation. Création des observatoires paritaires des métiers et des qualifications dans les branches. ANI du 14/11/2008 sur la gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences (GPEC) : prévoit l instauration de diagnostic global emploi-métiers-compétences dans l entreprise, dans les branches, au niveau territorial et des individus. ANI du 7/01/2009 sur le développement de la formation tout t au long de la vie, la professionnalisation et la sécurisation des parcours professionnels : optimiser l accès de chacun à la formation professionnelle ANI du 31/05/2011 sur les contrats de sécurisation professionnelle ANI du 11/01/2013 sur la compétitivité et la sécurisation de l emploi et des parcours professionnels : création du «compte personnel de formation»
