At board level I currently sit on the board of Mount Isa Water Board (Chair), Catholic Health Australia (Chair), North West Hospital & Health Board. BOARD & EXECUTIVE STRENGTHS Corporate Governance - development and implementation of effective governance and risk oversight A strategic thinker - instrumental in the successful merger in 2014 of Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and LEADR Australia & New Zealand, forming the largest ADR professional organisation in the Southern hemisphere. I have been regularly consulted by, and made recommendations to, government and other industry decisionmakers about strategic and industry matters and liaised frequently with government and industry leaders.
