5 Jim Hogg Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services Jim Hogg is the Vice President and Technical Sales Consultant for Health Benefit Services (HBS). He has over 35 years experience in the insurance and health care industry. He started as an underwriter with a major health insurer, was a Vice President at a third party administrator (TPA) and President of a managing general underwriter. More recently, Jim has been a health and welfare consultant. Jim holds the following designations: Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and Professional, Academy Health Management (PAHM). He helped develop the Health Savings Account (HSA) product for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in 2004 and has been instrumental in that product s sale and service to insurance carriers, TPAs and employers, nationwide.
