3 Solenoid Valve Characteristics The aluminum alloy valve body conforms to the standard NAMUR connection. The same slide valve can be connected as /2 normally closed valve or 5/2 normally closed valve to control the double-acting and single-acting pneumatic performers. It should be able to prevent the intrusion of liquid, dust or impurities (to realize the protection from external effects). Standard configuration manual operator. 4 Solenoid Valve Installation It can be installed at any position. Two connection boards with NAMUR fitting surface are provided with the valves. Before installation, the connection boards should be correctly installed to the electromagnetic valves according to the different functions of valves (normally closed /2 or 5/2). The bolts and washers are provided with valves. Standard G type threaded connection, conforming to the ISO 228/ Standard. The installation/maintenance instruction is provided with valves. 5 Limit Switch Boxes Limit Switch Boxes The cases of APL-20, APL-0 and APL-40 type over travel-limit switches is the remote-control operating station transferring the positions of the performers and valves to the site. It can be directly installed on the performer, conforming to the standard VDI/VDE 845. The characteristics are the indicator of field visual positions and cams adjusting position rapidly. The adjustable cams are installed with splines and springs. By turning on or off the separation splines, the cams can be adjusted to the required position. The bolts of the outer shell are anti-dropping and there are two G/2 inlet holes for cables. The inside over travel-limit switches are connected to the terminals in advance. There are 8 terminals which can be used for connection to Solenoid valves. APL-20 Shell protective type(ip67) Installation instructions APL-0 Shell protective type(ip67) If the performer 4 is turned on, the switch case should be confirmed to be on the position of CLOSED. It is installed with 4 bolts after the connection supporter 2 with the proper height is aligned to the trough on the multi-function indicator. APL-40 Waterproof and explosion protective type (EXd BT4) Operation instructions When it requires adjusting the position of switch, it should be operated according to the steps shown by the arrows in the figure.. Push the spring of the cam to be compressed, and the separation spline of the cam is engaged. 2.
