3 D E S I G N I N G 3D structural model Design is performed by graduated, certified civil engineers with years of experience. For structural design 3D CAD licenced software is used. This speeds up the processs and allows to produce quality drawings for production. Bearing timber structure is designed according to EuroCodes. This guarantees structure will withstand wind and snow loads and will be safe for use. To be sure project satisfies national requirements, client should provide those regulations.

4 Production of prefab panel house is done in enclosed factory. Advantages of factory production: quality is always controlled; accurate dimensions of panels ±2mm; work continues despite weather outside. In factory timber frame panel is filled with insulation material, wind board and vapour barier is nailed to panel. According to what client needs, different stages of panel finishing can be suggested. Exterior finishing can be done in factory, or it can be finished on site. In production of prefab house only certified, dry, graded materials are used. Overall production time of standart house (120sq.m.) is between 3-5 weeks, only when all production drawings and documentations are fully ready. 5 B U I L D I N G Prefabricated panel house assemblence on site is carried out using crane. Panels are mounted on the foundations and tightly connected with metal connectors between themselves. All connections between panels are glued with special sealants for greater energy efficiency. Overall panel assembly time of standart house (120sq.m.) is between2-5days. After assembling prefab panels, exterior and interior finishings are done, engineering systems are connected.

7 P R I C E To give reference price of prefab panel house, we will provide an example of one our project Vespere. This is simple basic house and price for this house is Inveryshort,whatisincludedinthisprice: 1. External walls (exterior wood cladding finish+thermal insulation+partial interior finish+plastic doors and windows); 2. Interior non-bearing walls (sound insulation+partial interior finish); 3. Roof (timber trusses+insulation+metal roofing+rainwater system+partial ceiling finish). In this price is not included: 1. Foundations, floor on ground, plumbing, electricity, HVAC; 2. Transportation and insurance; 3. Living costs and construction site expenses. VESPERE Living area 80 sq.m. Built-up area 98 sq.m. FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT US. Notice: referenceprice of prefab panel building is ±550 per built-up area. Final price can differ from this number depending on client needs, so to tell exact price of the exact house, all details of the project has to be known precisely. Only when all drawings, materials, quantities and specifications are known, the exact price calculations are performed according to the project.
