3 Page 3 Logging into your marketing account Once you have logged into your Anytime Booking account, go to Setup > Marketing > Marketing. Before you click to log in, just check your setup settings. You should see a Client ID and List ID. If you do not have these setup on your account, support@anytimebooking.co.uk and we will assign these for you. Always remember to sync your account before sending your campaign.

4 Page 4 Ok, I m logged in! What can I do? Once you ve looked in, you ll be automatically taken to the dashboard. Overview With every visit, you will always see an overview of your account, any draft campaigns you have created and the reports from any past campaigns. Create and Send This is where you will create your campaigns or resend a previous campaign. List and Subscribers This is where you will find your Anytime Booking Master List and any additional lists you have added. Reports Exactly what it says on the tin. This is very Big Brother! Creating your first template Click on Template on the top right hand corner to create your first template. There is no restriction on the number of templates you can create. You can either choose from the Gallery, or import your own. In most cases you would choose a pre- defined template from the gallery, then you can change the colours and add your branding. If you want a custom template, please support@anytimebooking.co.uk and we will discuss this with you.

5 Page 5 Once you have clicked on your preferred gallery option, you can then customise the template. Once you are happy with the colour scheme, font choice and social media sharing options, just click on preview (to view what this would look like on a computer and a mobile phone) and then save. t. +44 (0) w. anytimebooking.co.uk e. support@anytimebooking.co.uk

6 Page 6 The Anytime Booking Master List This is the synced list of data from your Anytime Booking account, the customer record and any associated booking information. If you are a new Anytime Booking user, the subscriber number may be a low to start with, but as you place more bookings onto your account, it will quickly grow! Click on the Anytime Booking Master List and you ll see all the subscribers. Click on Custom Field and you will find all the fields to which you can base your segments from.

Once you have created a segment, you can preview or export subscribers, without having to leave the segment builder. Hopefully, this will make it a touch easier for you to ensure you are targeting the right people, or, excluding the right people.

9 Page 9 When you create your first segment, you may already have some ideas in mind. Here are some examples: For people who arrived onsite between a certain date for a specific unit: People who stayed during a specific date period and stayed for 7 or more nights: There are plenty of sub- groups you can create. If you are unsure, just us!

10 Page 10 Adding your own subscriber list To add your own list, to go Lists and Subscribers and click on Create New List button on the right. Give your list a name, and list the type as Single Opt- In No Confirmation Required, as you would have already obtained this information from another database. You can copy and paste from an Excel spreadsheet, or equivalent file.

11 Page 11 Creating your first campaign Click on Create and Send, then the Create a New Campaign button. 1. Give your subject line a meaningful title try and keep it short! 2. Place your company name and the address to which you would like replies to be sent 3. Select the templates you would like to use 4. Now you can add content. This is a simple drag and drop editor and really simple to use. 5. When you ve finished adding your content, click on the Preview button to view what it would look like on a desktop and mobile. 6. Then define your recipients you will see any segments you ve created in there. 7. After you ve defined your recipients, you can send as many test s as you like. 8. When you are ready, set the campaign to send immediately or schedule in a time, and that is it!
