Terms and Conditions: CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES: It is the passenger's sole responsibility to know and understand the Operator's and Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner cancellation penalties. You may visit the Operator's website to view those policies. The policies of, Invictus Partners Inc./ VIP Event Planner are set forth as follows: Invictus Partners Inc./ VIP Event Planner is not at all responsible or liable for any negligent acts or defaults of the Operator or anyone else not under our company s control. Please note that if you wish to cancel your travel plans, your right to a refund is limited by the Operator's terms and policies. In the event you cancel your trip once tour payment has been deposited, there will be a $50 per cabin cancellation fee assessed by Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner in addition to the Operator's cancellation fees. It will be the responsibility of the Operator, and not of Invictus nor of VIP Event Planner to credit your credit card account the reimbursable funds due you. Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner will charge your credit card for the cancellation fee. Your credit card statement reference line will display Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner and will not reflect a description of this fee. The Operator(s) and Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner may change their cancellation policies at any time without previous notice. Cancellations are subject to the protection of, Invictus Partners Inc./ VIP Event Planner revenue.

6 Terms and Conditions: DOCUMENTATION. All documentation is the Passenger's responsibility; it behooves Passengers to determine and provide proper identification, documentation (including passport and visas, if such are required). Also required are inoculations for destinations to which Passenger(s) is(are) traveling. Passenger(s) should verify requirements in advance of travel to insure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. Neither Invictus Partners Inc. nor VIP Event Planner are responsible for providing documentation and inoculation information. LIABILITY LIMITS. Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner is acting as an intermediary and agent for the cruise line. It is not involved in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Invictus Partner Inc./VIP Event Planner such as air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc. Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such cruise lines and suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your travel companion(s) or group members. Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler. By embarking on his/her travel, the Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes all risk involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. PRICING. The rates offered are per person and based on double occupancy, depending on availability at the time of booking; rates may increase without notice. Fees that do not fall under discount parameters, for example airport/port charges, are all included in the pricing, unless otherwise stated. Airfare, air taxes, transfers, government fees and taxes are additional unless otherwise indicated. There is an additional booking processing fee that is subject to change without notice. All prices and information may vary and change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, or any other misrepresentation or omission, Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any corrections otherwise. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner will deliver your travel documents approximately 1-2 weeks prior to you departure date. Once Passenger(s) receive tickets and any and all documents, it becomes the sole responsibility of the Passenger(s) named on the reverse side to review and verify all information. Please contact immediately Invictus Partners Inc./VIP Event Planner if changes or corrections are required. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The purchase of optional Travel Insurance that protects the Passenger(s) against potential losses is highly recommended. Such insurance can be purchased from various suppliers at the time travel arrangements are made. You must review the coverage and policies very carefully. It is the Passenger(s) responsibility to purchase coverage directly from the travel insurance supplier.
