Mobile Banking Procedures Overview To utilize Mobile Banking, you must be actively enrolled in the Bank s online banking product and utilize a supported mobile device. the little bank, Inc. does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. Your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text message services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Mobile Banking Services Through your mobile device, you can view account balances and transactions, transfer funds, and make one-time bill payments. Note: Bill payments can only be initiated for existing payees. If you need to add a new payee, this must be done by signing into your traditional Online Banking account. Enrollment Online banking customers have two options for enrolling in mobile banking: Option 1: Through your online banking account Step 1: Sign into your online banking account. Step 2: Select the Options Tab Mobile Settings Web Mobile Banking. Step 3: Complete the setup information on the screen: - Check the Enable web access for your mobile device box. - Select to receive/not receive text message alerts. *Note: If No is selected for Receive Text Message Alerts, a text message for confirmation of enrollment, transfers, bill payments, ACH initiation, or wire transfers will not be sent. - Enter your mobile phone number - Select your wireless provider using the drop-down box. - Check the box next to your accounts that you want to access through your mobile device. - Click the Submit button.

2 Step 4: Review enrollment information. Check I accept these full terms and conditions. Click Confirm. Step 5: A confirmation screen displays confirming enrollment. If text alerts have been chosen in the previous step, you will receive a confirmation text message that includes the URL to access Mobile Banking.

3 Option 2: Through your mobile device Who can use the self-enrollment option through a mobile device? Users who have previously logged in to the traditional Online Banking website successfully Users with an Online Banking ID in an ACTIVE status Users who are not in the middle of a password reset If you do not meet the qualifications above, you must enroll for Mobile Banking using option 1 above. Step 1: Navigate to the little bank, Inc. Mobile Banking site: mobilebanking.thelittlebank.com. Enter your online banking ID (or pseudo name) and PIN. Step 2: Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox next to I Agree. Click the Next button to continue. Step 3: Complete the enrollment information screen: - Select to receive/not receive text message alerts. *Note: If No is selected for Receive Text Message Alerts, a text message for confirmation of enrollment, transfers, bill payments, ACH initiation, or wire transfers will not be sent. - Enter your mobile phone number - Select your wireless provider using the drop-down box. - Click the Enroll Now button to complete the self-enrollment. Note: Self-enrollment enrolls ALL of your online banking accounts in Mobile Banking. You can log in to your traditional Online Banking account to deselect accounts, unenroll, or make changes to your enrollment text preferences. This is done by selecting the Options Tab Mobile Settings Web Mobile Settings. Downloading the Mobile Apps Free mobile apps are available for iphone, and Android devices. To download the apps, follow the instructions below: iphone App: 1. Click on the app store icon on your iphone. 2. Select the search button and type in the little bank.

4 3. You will see the little bank logo appear. 4. Click on The Little Bank Mobile Banking app. 5. Click on the FREE button FREE which will then turn into the INSTALL APP button INSTALL APP 6. Type in your Apple ID Password when prompted and click OK. 7. Open the app and enter your Mobile Banking ID, Mobile Banking PIN and then click on Login. NOTE: Your Mobile Banking ID and Mobile Banking PIN are the same as your Online Banking ID and Online Banking PIN. Android App: 1. Click on Google s Play Store icon on your Android. 2. In the search bar, type in the little bank mobile banking. a. If needed, expand the more button for the apps grouping. 3. Scroll through the list of apps and you will see the little bank logo appear. 4. Click on The Little Bank Mobile Banking app. 5. Click on the INSTALL button INSTALL 6. Click on the ACCEPT button ACCEPT Sign-On After Enrollment 7. Click the app icon to launch. Step 1: Either enter in the following address in your web browser: mobilebanking.thelittlebank.com, or click on your iphone or Android app. Step 2: On the login screen, enter in your Mobile Banking ID, your Mobile Banking PIN and then click Login. NOTE: Your Mobile Banking ID and Mobile Banking PIN are the same as your Online Banking ID (or pseudo name) and Online Banking PIN.

5 Step 3: The Home screen will appear with a listing of icons. Available activities are accessed using the icons on this screen. Navigation Available activities are accessed using icons on the Home screen. Available activities include: viewing account balances and transactions, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills, depositing checks, viewing alerts and locations. Alerts Step 1: To view alerts, touch the Alerts icon on the Home screen. Step 2: Select the alert name for more details. Step 3: On the next screen, details of the alert will appear. Step 4: Select Back in the navigation toolbar to return to the Home screen.

6 Transactions To view transactions, touch the My Accounts icon. Step 1: Select the account by touching anywhere on its name. Step 2: Scroll through the transactions by swiping up or down. The number of transactions displayed here depends on the Display Options you have established within your traditional online banking account. Step 3: Select Back in the navigation toolbar and then Home to return to the Home screen. Transfers One-time, immediate transfers can be made using mobile banking. Step 1: Touch the Transfer icon on the Home screen. Step 2: Select the account to transfer from and the account to transfer to. Step 3: Fill in the dollar amount and touch Submit. Step 4: A confirmation will appear. If you have enabled SMS Text Messages, a text message confirmation will be sent to your phone as well. SMS Text Messages can be set up through your traditional online banking account by going to the Options tab and then selecting Mobile Settings and the Text Mobile Settings sub-tab. Bill Payments One-time payments can be made through mobile banking. The payment date is immediate (unless entered on a non-processing day) and will process at the next bill pay processing time. Payments can only be made to those payees who are already set up. To pay a new payee, you must first set up the payee through your traditional online banking account. Step 1: Touch the Pay Bills icon on the Home screen. Step 2: Select the Payee. Step 3: Select the Pay From Account. Step 4: Fill in the dollar amount and touch Submit. Step 5: A confirmation will appear. If you have enabled SMS Text Messages, a text message confirmation will be sent to your phone as well. SMS Text Messages can be set up through your traditional online banking account by going to the Options tab and then selecting Mobile Settings and the Text Mobile Settings sub-tab. 7 Locations This feature allows you to find our branches and/or ATMs. The following options are available for searching: 1. Find Locations Near Me 2. Search by ZIP Code 3. Search by City & State 4. Show All Locations Text Messages Enrolling for text banking must be done through the traditional online banking account. Step 1: Log into your online banking account through Step 2: Select the Options tab Mobile Settings Text Mobile Settings. Step 3: Check the box to enable text access for your mobile device. Step 4: Enter the following information: - mobile phone number - select the mobile provider from the drop-down box - select accounts to access via text - create Mobile Short Names for each selected account Step 5: Click Submit. Note: The Mobile Short Name is the name included in the text to request information for a specific account. Ex: Texting Bal returns the balance of all accounts. Texting Bal Chk returns only the balance of the account with Chk as the mobile short name. Valid SMS Text Message Commands are as follows: Help Returns command references Bal Returns balance for all enrolled accounts Bal <mobile short name> Returns balance for specified account Hist Returns last 4 transactions for all enrolled accounts Hist <mobile short name> Returns last 4 transactions for specified account Stop Disables enrollment for text mobile banking Note: SMS messages are not case sensitive To utilize Mobile Banking, you must be actively enrolled in the Bank s online banking product and utilize a supported mobile device. the little bank, Inc. does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking.
