11 Using My Pathway to Health With Your Fitness Device Synchronizing your fitness application with My Pathway to Health makes tracking your exercise and nutrition even better! The data from your device can easily be integrated into your trackers and food journal. You can integrate your fitness app once you are a registered user of the My Pathway to Health online wellness portal. If you are not yet registered, please visit to sign up. 1 Login to My Pathway to Health Select My Fitness Applications from the green menu bar. 2 Click on the logo for your device. The following steps use the Fitbit device as the example, but the process is basically the same for the other devices. 3 Login to your device account. You will be asked to enter the address and password associated with your device. Then click on Allow. 4 Return to My Pathway and begin synchronization. Please select a specific date to import your data. Once selected, your data is then imported into the My Pathway to Health trackers you have previously set up.
