So whether you re an absolute beginner, or want to improve your skills, it s the perfect venue to experience this exhilarating sport. Our park features a range of obstacles, ideal for performing and practising. Our friendly and experienced staff will help you get the most out of your session. Plus we ve got all the kit you need to get out riding on the water. You can take part in courses, public sessions, coaching events and competitions. 10 SUP Stand Up Paddleboarding is the latest activity to arrive at Helly Hansen Watersports Centre... The flat water of The Quays makes our centre the ideal location to give this must-try activity a go. Stand Up Paddleboards are now available to take out on our Open Hire Sessions and are a fun way to get around and a great work out too. SUP Yoga This popular yoga-fitness fusion is a must for all yoga fans. Have a go at practising yoga whilst floating on a paddleboard on the water. Improve your core, technique, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular conditioning, plus relieve stress and increase strength. Open Hire sessions are now all day, everyday, ideal for anyone wanting to try a particular watersport, build on existing skills or even just for a bit of fun. ENJOY A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING: Sailing Windsurfing Kayaking & Canoeing SUP Yoga Stand Up Paddleboarding 6.50 per hour Adults / 5.50 per hour Juniors No booking necessary but places are limited and fill up quickly, especially when the weather is nice.
