2 C P C About CPCS The Certified Performance & Compensation Specialist is a LEVEL 1 Certification program of Highly Keen that provides comprehensive practical knowledge of performance and compensation management. This is a Four Months Evening Program that tells how to develop and manage performance management system. Moreover it describes that how to design compensation and benefits of employees according to business strategy of the organization. This certification program includes an extensive evaluation procedure to certify its successful completion. Individuals who successfully complete the course and pass the required examination are recognized as Certified Performance and Compensation Specialist and are entitled to use the designation CPCS after their name. This Certification will be awarded by Highly Keen The HR Institute (First HR Specialized Institute in the Country). S

Highly Keen is the first ever HR Institute of Pakistan which aims to promote the practical knowledge of Human Resource Management through its different HR certification courses and trainings. 4 Course Overview The curriculum for the CPCS Course has been created to meet the needs of those professionals who want to get a detailed, step-by-step, practical and procedural knowledge of Performance & Compensation Management. Some 70 percent of the curriculum is designed to cover a broad range of Core Topics under performance, compensation and benefits domains in order to expose participants to areas of work in which they may have limited experience. The remaining 30 percent of the curriculum is designed to enhance each participant s strategic thinking by providing them the knowledge of designing performance & compensation policies in order to help them become more effective Performance & Compensation Specialists. Course Objectives To provide a practical knowledge of performance management system that is actually required for HR professionals. To develop the skills of students in designing compensation and benefits according to business strategy of the organization. To update the candidates regarding very new and emerging concepts in performance and compensation field. 7 Admission Guide Registration to CPCS is subject to formally going through the application process. We encourage you to apply early because class size is limited and enrolment is on a first come first served basis. Admission to CPCS will be given on merit. The candidate must possess at-least a Bachelor's degree, OR should be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in any university. Admission to the Course will certainly be cancelled if at any time during the course of study, the documents of the candidate are found to be incorrect, false, or invalid. The Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents: a) Registration Form (Completely filled), b) Copy of CNIC, c) Two recent passport-sized photographs, d) Photocopies of educational degrees e) If the Candidates are being sponsored by their employer then they must provide a sponsorship letter on the company letter-head.
