AGNEL SCHOOL, A -2, SECTOR 1, VAISHALI, GHAZIABAD ESSENTIAL POINTS FOR APPLICANTS TO TAKE NOTE OF Application forms will be available online (only) from , Friday (9:00 am) to 14 th August 2016 Sunday (9:00 pm). Forms will be available only on first come first serve basis. Only the first 1500 applications will be accepted. The admission link will turn inactive soon after 1500 applicants are registered. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and are required to come for the interaction session, as the number of seats is very limited and it is simply not possible to accommodate all the applicants. DOCUMENTS THAT MUST FORM PART OF THE APPLICATION FORM TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL. 1. Printout (PDF Format) of the duly filled online application form. 2. A latest passport size Photograph of the Father, Mother & Child each. 3. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation/Local Body (mandatory). 4. Photocopy of Residence Proof (latest electricity Bill, Adhar Card, Passport or Rent Agreement.) 5. Photocopy of the Pan Card. 6. Acknowledgement Receipt with reference number generated by the system. NOTE: The hard copy of the PDF form submitted online is to be submitted at the school (between 8:30am 12:00pm)only on ,Saturday, Tuesday,and Wednesday. ( NOTE (Sunday) & (Monday) the school will remain closed ). AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY Only Children Born between 1 st January 2013 to 31 st December 2013 are eligible (both days inclusive) to be called for admission.

2 YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING ONLINE: A Valid Mobile no. A Valid personal Id for communication. The system will automatically generate your Username/Password when you complete and upload your registration form adequately and the same will be sent to you through an SMS on your registered mobile no. POINTS TO REMEMBER Turn off Pop-up Blocker of your Browser. For Internet Explorer: - Go to Tools> Pop-up Blocker >Click on Turn Off Popup Blocker Mozilla: - Go to Tools>Options>Content>Uncheck the Block pop-up windows > Bottom. Click on OK Google Chrome : -- Go to Tools> Pop-up Blocker >Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker Before you register online please read all instructions carefully and click on the Proceed Link given STEPS TO FILL THE FORM STEP 1 Read the instructions carefully and click on the I AGREE button then click on PROCEED. STEP 2 Fill in the form carefully and then click on SUBMIT; an acknowledgment slip will be generated for your record, with your USER ID & PASSWORD. Please ensure you allow the pop up blocker and also note that form once filled cannot be edited. STEP 3

3 You will also receive the USER ID & PASSWORD through an SMS on your registered mobile no. STEP 4 Log in using this USER ID & PASSWORD and take a print of the form. STEP 5 After submitting the form, please take the printout of the form in the PDF format. The printed form is then to be deposited at the School only on 13 th August 2016, 16 th August 2016 and 17 th August 2016 (between 08:30am to 12:00pm). NOTE 14 th August and 15 th August 2016 the school will remain closed. DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE UPLOADED ALONG WITH THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM A recent passport size Photograph of the child in JPG or JPEG format size of the photo should not be more than 20KB. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION 1. You are required to submit along with the Registration /application form a Photostat copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, Cantt Board, Government of India or Registrar of Deaths & Births ( Mandatory Document ). 2. You are required to submit any one of the following documents as proof of the residence (a) Passport (b) Rent agreement (c) Voter I Card (d) Adhar Card 3. You are required to submit along with the form a photocopy of the Pan Card. 4. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents names, and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the Date of Birth

4 certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, Cantt Board, Government of India or Registrar of Deaths & Births. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission. 5. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management. Due to limited number of seats available all applicants will not be accommodated.). 6. Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected. 7. THE SCHOOL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY DONATION FOR ADMISSIONS. PARENTS SHOULD BEWARE OF THIRD PARTIES MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF PROCURING ADMISSION AND COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. IF THEY ENTER INTO ANY TRANSACTION WITH SUCH PARTIES, THEY WILL BE DOING SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. THE SCHOOL WILL APPRECIATE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS SO THAT PROPER LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM. 8. No telephonic enquiry about admissions will be entertained. 9. If your registration form is successfully uploaded the computerized system will generate an Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number which you must use in all further correspondence. The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate an USERID and a PASSWORD. (Please make sure Pop - up Blocker is Turned Off, to get the Acknowledgement Receipt). 10.The hard copy of the PDF form submitted online is also to be submitted at the school (between 08:30am 12:00 pm) only on , and The Last Date for submitting the hard copy of the form is No forms will be accepted after the last date/time mentioned above. NOTE AND THE SCHOOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED. 12. Status of candidates shortlisted for final interaction can be checked by using the same USER ID and PASSWORD generated at the time of submission. 13. Result will be declared on Friday after 6:00 pm. This list will only display those selected for the interaction with the School Principal, and the second level of the admission process.

The candidates whose names do not appear in this short list, will regretfully not be part of the next level of the admission process and their parents would be advised to look for admission elsewhere. 15. The shortlisted candidates are requested to deposit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500 only by cash at the time of Parent Interaction. This covers all expenditure of the advertising, admission process. 16. Offline forms, will not be considered, even if you submit a hard copy in the office. 17. PLEASE NOTE: FR. AGNEL SCHOOL IS A CHRISTIAN MINORITY SCHOOL AND PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO CHRISTIANS, IF THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. NEIGHBOURHOOD APPLICANTS TOO WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY 50% OF SIBLINGS WILL BE ADMITTED ON PREFERENTIAL BASIS AS WELL AS CHILDREN OF THE ALUMNI RULES AND REGULATION FOR ADMISSION 1. The Management reserves to itself the right of admission. 2. The Admission Pro-Forma duly filled and signed by one of the parents, must be deposited with the school. If neither of the parents is alive or present, the lawful guardian of the child shall sign the form. 3. A child who has previously studied in a recognized school will have to submit a Transfer Certificate (mandatory) from the school last attended. Municipal Birth Certificate will have to be submitted for admission of a child who has not attended any recognized school previously. Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and date of birth of the child. Subsequent change will not be permitted. 4. Admission is finalized strictly on merit after screening /interaction/test, as per the decision of the Management and payment of the prescribed fee made thereafter. NOTE 1. Annual Fee is to be paid along with the 1 st quarter fee before 20 th April Once paid, fees is not refundable.

6 3. Fees and Transport charges are subject to revision at the discretion of the Management. 4. Fees are payable quarterly in advance, by the 20 th of the first month of the quarter,i.e., April, July, October and January. A fine of Rs 5 /- will be charged per day as late payment of the fees. If the fees are not paid by the end of the month in which those are due, the name of the pupil may be struck off from the rolls of the school without further intimation. Parents are expected to keep a note of the due dates as no reminder will be issued by the school before the fees are due. 5. Initial payments are to be made by DD in favour of FR. AGNEL SCHOOL VAISHALI payable at Noida in the school office at the time of admission (no cash transactions). TRANSPORT 1. Transport charges vary according to the Pupil s residence/distance. 2. Transport charges are payable quarterly for eleven calendar months. 3. A calendar months notice must be given before withdrawing a pupil from the bus. 4. Parents who want their children to avail of the transport facilities provided by the school shall give a written undertaking that the school will not be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or fatality to the students. 5. Before admission and /or shifting residence, parents should satisfy themselves that adequate transport arrangements exists for their wards from the place of residence to the school. Change in the schedule and established route will not be permitted. 6. Parents are encouraged to avail the school transport to ensure co-ordination and safety. GENERAL 1. Students and parents are required to follow the rules and regulations printed in the school diary. 2.A calendar months notice must be given before withdrawing a pupil from the school. However, full fee for the quarter will be charged.
