The Madrid 2015 AIESEP International Conference has been designed to allow the participants of this event to meet, network and share knowledge in one of the most energetic, creative, and interactive environments. All activities focus on the generation of new effective links between professionals, organisations, scientists, academics, and future physical education teachers. Our main objective is to make all participants feel the experience of participating be it as a speaker, sponsor, delegate or academic, endeavouring to make the conference exciting, inspiring, and of course unforgettable. Programme Structure The Madrid 2015 AIESEP International Conference programme structure will consist of diff erent session types: Plenary Keynote sessions (by invited speakers) Scientific and Professional paper presentations Symposia Poster displays Topics AIESEP and Universidad Europea de Madrid invite you and your colleagues to submit your proposals to be considered for presentation in conference. Authors are free to choose between oral, poster or symposia presentation submitting in one of the following topics: Integrating Physical Education, Sports and Active Leisure on the Public Health Agenda. Providing evidence and promoting best practices. Formal and non-formal Education, strategies and policy development in Physical Education and Sport and sport promotion. Best practices for education, training and development of physical education graduates, teachers, sport coaches, and active leisure animators. Emerging practices for motor skills development and performance in school and higher education settings. Social responsibility, sustainability and values development through physical education, sport, and active leisure. Presentation Types: Oral Presentation Symposia Poster Presentation

4 1. Oral Presentation The purpose of an oral presentation is to introduce the audience to the most important and interesting points in your research. A good oral presentation awakens the audience's interest in the speaker's subject. If you want to give more information than is possible to deal with in an oral presentation, you can prepare a separate handout. Remember to speak clearly to be understood by all. Think carefully about the number of slides you want to show. Remember that the more data a slide contains, the longer it takes to present it. All oral communications will be programmed according to the conference areas. Each presenter will be provided with a 15-minute presentation time slot. This time could be adjusted depending on the number of final presentations. The scientific committee will provide a chair for the sessions from the presenters. A slot of Spanish presentations will be accepted at the conference but the abstract submissions should be in English. All proposals must include the following structure: Authors Affiliation Introduction Method Results Conclusion References Max. 300 words (authors, affiliation and references not included). Scientific Committee will evaluate the oral communications and all authors will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection. In case of acceptance, authors will receive a reference code. Within 1 month after receiving the acceptance, authors must upload the presentation in PDF format indicating the reference number supplied. The PDF must contain the presentation than authors will provide during the conference, following these structure: Author & Affiliation, Introduction to the topic, Aims of the project or research, Method Results (contribution to the field), Discussion (Relevance / alignment to congress areas), References. Anyway, presenters will need to bring their presentations. Presenters will NOT be able to present from their own laptop, due to the equipment already in place in the lecture classrooms and to minimize time delays between presentations. The technical assistants will then upload the presentations. In order to avoid errors, the file of the presentation should be saved with the name of the presenter and the date of the presentation. In the case that your presentation includes video and you wish to use video facilities, a DVD player or slide projector in your presentation, you should inform us beforehand by . Presenters are strongly encouraged to have a written paper of words for distribution during the oral communication presentation.

5 2. Symposia The Symposia provide the opportunity for a 60 minute session with 3 or 4 papers on a related topic or theme being presented. The symposium organizer must arrange prior acceptance of all parties in conjunction with the Scientific and Congress Program Committee. Symposium proposals are encouraged to nominate a discussant and must nominate a Chairperson. The title of the symposium, plus the name(s) and affiliation(s) of all participants in the session, including the chair and discussant, and an overview of no more than 300 words should be submitted, using the normal abstract submission process together with each of the abstracts for the symposia of no more than 300 words. All symposia will be programmed according to the conference areas. We are eagerly looking forward to receiving papers from and about all parts of the globe to make this a truly international world conference on sport management. All Symposia must submit abstracts that include and clearly address; Introduction to the topic or context and/or mapping of the literature Aims of the project or research questions and/or focus of enquiry Research methods and/or analytical and/or theoretical frame Research findings and/or contribution to the field Relevance / alignment to congress theme(s) 3. Poster Presentation Posters provide a unique opportunity to give everyone a general idea of the sort of research that you are doing and an occasion to discuss in detail with the smaller number of people whose interests are close to your own. However, extreme care is needed in their preparation. In order to assess the poster proposal, all authors must upload an abstract following this structure: Authors Affiliation Introduction Method Results Conclusion References Max. 300 words (authors, affiliation and references not included) Max. 5 References Scientific Committee will evaluate the posters and authors will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection. In case

6 of acceptance, authors will receive a reference code. Within 1 month after receiving the acceptance, authors must upload the Poster in PDF format indicating the reference number supplied. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure that the poster presentation is correctly prepared. The required dimensions of the poster are as follows: Width 70 (90cm) Height 110 (130cm) Poster contents should be printed in English and be easily readable from a distance of one metre. Posters for each day should be installed by presenters during the last hour immediately before the poster session and dismantled by on the same day. Posters left on poster boards beyond the official removal time will be removed by the organizers. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to posters beyond the official removal time. Forgotten posters will not be mailed forward after the conference. Presenters are expected to have their posters in place by the beginning of their scheduled poster session and be in attendance by their posters for the duration of the session. As the poster sessions are interactive, presenters should be prepared to discuss and answer questions on their presentations. Further details on the exact date, time and location of your poster presentation will be ed to you at a later date. There will be a Best Poster Award and a Young Scholar Award. Abstract Development & Submission Procedure: AIESEP cordially invites you to submit an Abstract/Proposal to be considered for presentation in any of the aforementioned presentation types. How to Submit your Abstract The abstract submission process can be found on the official Madrid 2015 AIESEP International Conference website at aiesep2015@eventsgb.com Deadline for Submission of Abstract: December 31th, 2014 Language for Abstract: English. Review Process: All submissions will be evaluated through a blind review process. Authors will be notified of a decision on or near March 15th, Further Considerations All accepted abstracts have the potential to be published in the AIESEP conference abstracts book. Upon acceptance, a minimum of one author must fully attend the AIESEP conference and deliver the presentation according to the scheduled day and time. Should an author not comply with the requirements, the program chair or conference organizer reserves the right to remove the abstract and/or presentation from the conference schedule and/or conference book of abstracts.
