We took and recorded temperatures and relative humidity, inside and out looking for conditions that could lead to moisture intrusion and heat or cooling loss. We conducted inspections of the interior surfaces for any evidence of water damage, mold or fungi, and odors associated with such conditions. We also test the relative moisture content of various surfaces or components and document these findings. If there are adverse conditions existing, odors, evidence of mold, heat or cooling loss we will issue a report that confirms these findings as an attachment. This report is only a professional opinion to be used as a basis for an unbiased assessment. This inspection is limited to the items listed herein. This inspection report does not constitute a warranty and/or guarantee on the part of the inspector.
