23 Sustainable safety Phase II A new package of measures in order to reduce fatalities and hospitalized victims. Decentralisation place responsibility at the right level The entire investment foreseen was 3 billion Euro. An investment of 1 million euro would save 0,1 fatality and 1,25 hospitalized victims.
