1 Page 1 FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited Credit Card Christmas 2016 Promotion TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROMOTION refers to this specific Let Your Card Take You Places promotion offered by FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited (the Bank ) wherein Eligible Cardholders earn chances to win a cash prize and a trip based on their Eligible Card usage (this Promotion ). PROMOTION DURATION: November 14 th, January 14 th, 2017 inclusive ( Promotion Duration ). ELIGIBLE CARD Visa Classic / Cash back and Visa Gold credit cards ( Eligible Cards ). Note: The Bank s Visa Business, Visa Platinum and MasterCard credit cards and Visa Debit cards are not eligible for this Promotion. MERCHANT A person in duly authorized possession of a Point of Sale terminal accepting the Eligible Cards. ELIGIBLE TERRITORIES This Promotion is offered in the following territories: Anguilla, Antigua, The Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands,, Dominica, Grenada, St. Maarten, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis, and Turks & Caicos Islands ( Eligible Territories ). ELIGIBLE CARDHOLDERS Persons holding one or more Eligible Cards with the Bank ( Cardholder ). Cardholders must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Cardholders whose accounts are delinquent (those in arrears in excess of 30 days) shall not qualify as Winners. Entries from unauthorized credit card use or made with lost, stolen or fraudulent Eligible Cards are void and not eligible for this Promotion. PROMOTION MATERIAL refers to all advertising materials for this Promotion as disseminated in the form of print, electronic or social media; associated printed or electronic materials provided in the Bank s branches or sent directly to its clients; and all related information appearing on the Bank s website at HOW TO ENTER One (1) entry will be generated automatically for every US$50, or local currency equivalent (the Required Sum ), spent in any purchase transaction made by a Cardholder using an Eligible Card during the Promotion Duration ( Purchase Transaction ).

2 Page 2 Note: Cash advances, credits, annual membership fees, service charges or adjustments do not qualify as Purchase Transactions and are not eligible for entry into this Promotion. DRAW & PRIZES DRAW On January 23 rd 2017 a draw will take place in Barbados from all eligible Purchase Transactions made between November 14 th 2016 and January 14 th 2017 inclusive (the Draw ). The Draw will be conducted in the presence of an Audit representative chosen by the Bank in its sole discretion. The results of the Draw are final and binding on all Participants (as defined below). Prizes Eligible Cardholders will be grouped into zones for the purpose of this Promotion as follows: Zone 1: Barbados Zone 2: (none) Zone 3: Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, St. Maarten Zone 4: Anguilla, Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, British Virgin Islands One (1) Winner shall be selected from each zone and will be awarded: Two coach class return airline tickets from the country of card issuance to Las Vegas, USA; Six (6) nights double occupancy hotel accommodation in Las Vegas, USA to a maximum value of USD $ ; and USD $ spending money credited to the Eligible Card.

3 Page 3 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROMOTION 1. Each use of an Eligible Card to make a Purchase Transaction at/above the Required Sum automatically enters the eligible Cardholder in this Promotion ( Participants ). 2. Participants will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing general knowledge question to be eligible to win this Promotion. 3. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements and/or terms and conditions set out in the Promotion Material. 4. The Bank reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject only to the approval of any applicable betting, gaming, lotteries or similar commission or regulatory agency in the Eligible Territory. 5. Winners will be required to confirm if they are a member of staff of the Bank; or reside in a household with a member of staff of the Bank; or are an immediate relative (e.g. spouse, parents and grandparents; children and grandchildren; brothers and sisters; mother-in-law and father-in-law; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; daughters-in-law and sons-in-law; and adopted relations) of a member of staff of the Bank. Any confirmation of relation aforementioned, whether by acknowledgement from the customer or as a result of internal investigation, automatically disqualifies a potential winner. 6. Prizes must be accepted as awarded by the Bank. 7. Prizes cannot be substituted. 8. Images used in advertising are representational only and may differ from actual prizes awarded by the Bank. 9. Prizes are not transferable. 10. Merchant discounts or special offers offered by Merchants at the same time as this Promotion are solely the responsibility of the Merchant and do not form part of thie Promotion. As such the Merchant may assign specific terms and conditions to such discounts or special offers. 11. A Merchant, in their sole discretion, may include or exclude some purchase items from this Promotion. Eligible Cardholders must enquire about any discounts, rebates, special offers or otherwise, available at the time of or before completing a Purchase Transaction with any Merchants. 12. The Bank does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any issue relating to any Purchase Transaction made during this Promotion including, but not limited to, quality, delivery, warranties, exchange policy of a Merchant which remains the sole responsibility of the Merchant. 13. There is no joint venture, agency or partnership between any Merchant and the Bank with respect to this Promotion; the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damages related to the performance of the Merchants, their products or services.

4 Page In Jamaica, the Bank reserves the right as permitted by the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission to void any and all eligible entries of any Participant who the Bank believes to have tampered with or impaired the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion. 15. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and policies in the Eligible Territories. 16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Participant in this Promotion is deemed to have waived all rights he/she has or may have against the Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers or Merchants that the Bank may engage for the purposes of this Promotion) in respect of any loss or damages arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses or damages or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable loss resulting directly or indirectly out of this Promotion, even if the Bank received advice of the possibility of such damages in advance or was grossly negligent. 17. In the event that the Bank is found liable for any loss or damage to a Participant by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Bank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses or damages or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable loss resulting directly or indirectly out of this Promotion, even if the Bank received advice of the possibility of such loss or damages in advance or was grossly negligent. 18. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Bank from and against any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by any of them directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with this Promotion. 19. Prize Winners are responsible for all travel documents including compliance with all necessary immigration requirements for entry into the United States of America. 20. All travel and accommodation booked as part of the prize are valid until December 31 st, All winners are required sign a release/indemnity prior to redeeming the prize. SELECTION OF ZONAL PRIZE WINNERS AND RESERVE WINNERS (collectively the Winners ) One winner per zone will be selected at the Draw as the Zonal Prize Winner ( Zonal Prize Winner ). Two (2) additional Participants per zone will be drawn at the Draw ( Reserve Winners ). Names of the Reserve Winners will be held in reserve in the event that the Bank is unable to contact the Zonal Prize Winners by the telephone number(s) provided on their customer s account.

5 Page 5 NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS The Bank s Credit Card Product Manager with the assistance of the staff in Eligible Territories will contact the Zonal Prize Winners. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact each Zonal Prize Winners by telephone over a three (3) day period to arrange for presentation of the prizes. In the event the Bank is not able to make contact with the Zonal Prize Winners, the Bank will attempt to contact the Reserve Winners from our reserve list in the order in which they were drawn at the Draw. The Zonal Prize Winners will be asked a skill-testing question at the time of notification. If they are unable to correctly answer the skill-testing question, they forfeit the prize and the Bank will contact the Reserve Winners listed on the reserve list in the order in which they were drawn at the Draw. All Winners hereby agree to take part in any publicity events arranged by the Bank relating to this Promotion. If a Winner declines to participate in any publicity event he/she will forfeit the prize. The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reallocate any prize to a Reserve Winner. CLAIMING OF PRIZES All Winners selected are required to present a valid Government issued photo identification such as a drivers licence, national ID card or passport, along with their Eligible Card(s) at the nearest CIBC FirstCaribbean branch in their Eligible Territory. If a Zonal Prize Winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) business days of notification, the Bank will contact the Reserve Winners listed on the reserve list in the order in which they were drawn at the Draw. If a Reserve Winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) business days of notification, the Bank reserves the right to retain and not allocate the prize. All applicable taxes, charges and fees are not included in the prize and shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
