1 Passport to Paris 2016 Giveaway Contest OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF CONTEST ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette s discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects. 1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION One winner will receive the grand prize of Delta Air Lines nonstop Pittsburgh to Paris roundtrip flights and hotel accommodations for two at a Hyatt Hotel of your choice in the Passport to Paris Giveaway Contest (the "Contest"). To enter, complete an entry form online at during the Contest period. The Passport to Paris Giveaway Contest begins Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 12:01 AM EST and ends Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST when all online entries must be received ( Contest Period ). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be valid or accepted. 2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY This sweepstakes (the Contest ) is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, parent companies or subsidiaries, the Contest s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household, whether or not related. Only one (1) prize per household or per person will be awarded for the Contest. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility. 3. HOW TO ENTER CONTEST Complete an entry form online at by the contest entry deadline of Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST. Contestants can enter every day of the contest period to increase odds of winning. Online limit: One entry per address per day during the Contest Period. Entrant must (a) complete the entry form fully and accurately with all required information, (b) agree to these Official Rules, and (c) submit the completed entry form as outlined in these rules. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to receive information and offers from

2 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and/or contest sponsors and affiliated partners for marketing and other purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. All entries become the property of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entrant information, including address, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. 4. WINNER SELECTION On or about Thursday, March 24, 2016, Sponsor will select one (1) potential grand prize winner via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Purchase or acceptance of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION. Potential Contest winners will be notified by phone and/or . If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential Contest winner does not respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt with potential winner s complete name and phone number and/or as provided, such potential Contest winner may forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. 6. TAXES All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) connected with any prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of respective winners. This Contest is subject to Federal, state and local regulations. The value of the prize must be declared as income for the year the trip is taken. Winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a Prize. 7. PRIZE One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Prize includes roundtrip coach class travel on Delta Air Lines to Paris, France for two and hotel accommodations in Paris at a Hyatt Hotel of your choice. Prize will be given in the form of certificates for Delta Air Lines flights and vouchers or gift cards for Hyatt Hotel accommodations. Number of nights depends on winner s hotel selection and option to exceed gift card/voucher value at winner s expense. 8. AIR TRAVEL Airline ticket prizes will be awarded in the form of Certificates that must be redeemed by March 1, 2017 and travel taken between July 1, 2016 and July 31, Certificates may be redeemed for roundtrip coach class travel on Delta Air Lines from the winner s home gateway served by Delta Air Lines to Paris. Any transportation that is unclaimed, is not awarded or is otherwise not used by the travel completion date specified will be forfeited. Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or

3 barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however may be subject to a fee. Certificates do not include Federal Excise Tax and the September 11th Security Fee which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. For travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax is not included. Certificates used for international travel do not include U.S. International Air Transportation and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes, depending on itinerary. For travel to/from Europe there is a fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. There is an additional surcharge for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside. *Fees are EUR exit Europe Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation. Terms and Conditions: Trip certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Trip certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. Travel is not permitted on blackout dates [TBD]. Not valid with previously purchased trip. Trip certificates may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, or discount. Trip certificates are non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at check-in. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered. Reservations must be made prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Delta must issue all travel documentation. Any unused portion of the flight certificates will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking. State and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

4 Delta is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Standard Delta Terms and Conditions apply, and are outlined during the booking process; other hotel or vendor restrictions may apply. 9. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Grand prize includes Hotel Accommodations for two in Paris, France at a Hyatt Hotel property to be selected by the winner. The winner will receive Hyatt Hotel gift cards or vouchers in the amount of $1,500 to apply toward accommodations. The winner will be responsible for booking the hotel accommodations. Blackout dates apply. 10. GENERAL RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Prize will be awarded only if a participant fully complies with these Official Rules. All decisions by the Post-Gazette regarding the Passport to Paris Giveaway Contest are final. No substitution or transfer of any prize will be provided (other than as may be expressly provided by the Post- Gazette, in its sole discretion.) Winners may not transfer their prize unless authorized in writing by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette before the transfer is made. Such authorization may be granted or withheld in the Post-Gazette's sole discretion. Requests for transfer must be in writing. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) connected with any prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of respective winner. Approximate value of Grand Prize: $5,000. Actual value will be based on flight costs at the time of booking plus the $1,500 Hyatt Hotel vouchers/gift cards. As a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, the contest grand prize winner will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and will be required to complete a W-9 form. By submitting an entry, the winner agrees and grants the Post-Gazette the right, but not the obligation, to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness, along with any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, without notice, review or approval, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Passport to Paris Giveaway Contest. If the prize winner fails or refuses to properly sign and return all prize claim documents by the redemption deadline or if the prize is declined or a redemption form is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such prize winner may be disqualified and/or forfeit his or her prize. Prizes are not sent until the winner's compliance with these Official Rules has been verified. 11. DISCLAIMERS Sponsor and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, damaged, returned, or undelivered entries, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this

5 Contest, or the Sponsor's website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the Sponsor's website's Terms of Use, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of this Contest. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
