20 An example of a Sustainable Modulular Home Development Easington Road is a development of new two and three bedroom houses just outside Hartlepool Town Centre. The site comprises 68 units of which 16 are available for outright sale and ten for shared ownership. All of the newly built properties are built to achieve the Code for Sustainable Homes, making them highly energy efficient as well as cheaper to heat and run.
