When you search for a keyword, the results include the full Chatter posts and comments from your feeds. Chatter Search is part of the new global search, which lets users search for keywords and returns results across all records, including Chatter. CHATTER TOPICS (Developer, Contact Manager, Group, Professional, Enterprise, & Unlimited Use hashtags in posts to create shared topics :: Associate your posts with topics in your company :: Search for updates with common topics :: Find relevant topics fast Chatter Topics lets you associate your updates with other posts and comments on the same topic by using a hashtag (#). By using hashtags, you create a topic link that categorizes your update so other users in your company can find it more easily. Now admins can group users and target them with different levels of access to data.
