Product Description Basic Uses Comparable to our standard FabriTrak System, FabriGREEN is an architectural finish consisting of GeoTRAK frameworks, EcoTACK core and the fabric covering. FabriGREEN components are manufactured from environmentally friendly materials. Components GeoTRAK GeoTRAK is produced from a proprietary PVC FREE Polymer. EcoTACK The core material EcoTack, contains no Formaldehyde. Recycled Fabrics Recommended fabric covering is made from 100% recycled materials that qualify for LEED points. Sizes and Shapes GeoTRAK is available in 1 (25mm) profiles, with fabric insertion bottom entry, top entry, side entry or joiner configurations. 1/2 (13mm) profiles coming soon. EcoTack is available in 7/8 (22mm) or 1 (25mm) core, both with a 1/10 (3mm) high density tackable skin. Both, the core and the skin, are 100% formaldehyde free. Recycled Fabrics are available from multiple manufacturers in a multitude of colors, textures and patterns.

2 The FabriGREEN Acoustical System Wall Substrate GeoTRAK mounted to wall substrate. GeoTRAK Profiles GeoTRAK is available in 1 (25mm) Square Profiles. Top Load, Bottom Load, Middle Load & Side Load. 1/2 (13mm) profiles coming soon. EcoTACK Acoustical Infill The acoustic infill is installed within the GeoTRAK framework. Recycled Fabric The fabric is stretched over the GeoTRAK framework and tucked into the locking jaws without the use of adhesives or mechanical fasteners. Moldings and Trim The diverse line of GeoTRAK profiles enables a smooth, crisp, custom tailored transition into adjacent surfaces. Applications FabriGREEN is the answer for applying PVCfree and formaldehyde free acoustical, fabric covered wall and ceiling treatments. FabriGREEN can be applied in straight, undulating, curved and circular designs that compliment the designer s creativity on any wall or ceiling treatment. 4. Technical Data Applicable Standards ASTM C-423 is the Standard Test Method for Sound Absorption and Sound Absorption Coefficients by the Reverberation Room Method. ASTM E-84 is the Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials. FabriTRAK Systems, Inc. has tested GeoTRAK in all available sizes. FabriTRAK Systems, Inc. has tested EcoTACK in all available sizes. Recycled Fabric tests can be found in the fabric Manufactures technical data. Fire Performance The FabriGREEN System passes ASTM E-84 with a Class A Rating. Sound Performance The FabriGREEN System has been tested in accordance with ASTM C-423, resulting in a 0.75 NRC rating. 3 Acoustic Stretch Fabric Wall Systems Installation The Fabri Green System is site fabricated and installed by professionally trained installers who are members of WUGA (Wall Upholstery Guild of America) and certified by Fabri Trak Systems, Inc. Preparatory & Site Conditions i. Examine the condition of the substrate ii. Do not install acoustical wall panel fabric in any space until: The space is enclosed and is weather tight. All wet work has been completed and is dry. Painting is completed and wall base and floor covering installed All adjacent and related work of other trades has been completed including in part: architectural woodwork, masonry, doors and frames, hardware, gypsum drywall, plastering, wall covering, painting, ceiling grid and electrical work Ambient temperature and humidity are continuously maintained at values indicated for final acceptance of the building or occupancy of the space. Permanent lighting shall be in place and operational before the fabric panels are installed. Installation Methods i. Field measure each wall area which is to receive the acoustical or tackable treatment to establish the exact layout of the units as shown on elevations. ii. Apply the GeoTRAK framework in the areas to receive the acoustical wall treatment as shown on the drawings. Secure the framework with suitable mastic and special, heavy-duty; one-inch diverging staples located not more than 2 on center. iii. Install the GeoTRAK framework plumb and straight, flush in the proper alignment. iv. Install the EcoTACK material, continuous and flush, to the shoulder of the track. v. Cut the recycled fabric from each roll, marking and maintaining sequence of drops and matching direction of weave for sequential and uniform installation. vi. Install the recycled fabric from the face side after the framework is securely fastened to insure perfect horizontal and vertical grain alignment. vii. The recycled fabric shall be stretched tautly, evenly, and smoothly and be free of defects and flaws. viii. No stapling or gluing of recycled fabric to core or channels will be permitted. ix. Penetrations through the face of the recycled fabric of any kind (i.e., staples, nails, etc ) will not be permitted. x. Prewrapped, prefabricated or wood ground systems do not meet the intent of this specification. xi. Z-Clip, Velcro or glued installation techniques do not meet the intent of this specification. xii. Sewn seams of any type (thread or ultra-sonic welds) do not meet the intent of this specification. xiii. Installation shall be timely, and installers shall be courteous and cooperate with other trades. xiv. Substitution of GeoTRAK or EcoTACK is not permitted. Furnish as specified herein.

4 Cleaning & Protection i. Clean exposed surfaces of acoustical wall panels. Trim and remove all loose threads. ii. Remove surplus materials, rubbish, and debris resulting from the GeoTRAK installation and leave areas of installation in a neat, clean condition. iii. If site conditions require, cover fabric panels with vinyl drop cloths. 7. Warranty Fabri Trak Systems, Inc. offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on GeoTRAK (please see the limited product Warranty provided by the local distributor.) The installation distributor offers a 5 year limited warranty on the installation and components used therein. 8. Maintenance 6.
