2 Facility: Indoor, 10 lane 50 meter pool with non-turbulent lane lines. Pool depth 7 at the shallow end and 12 feet at the deep end. Starting blocks are The competition course has been certified in accordance with USA Swimming Rule C(4). Timing System: Fully automated Colorado timing system. Session Schedule Session Warm Up Start Check In Closes Meet Start Sat/Sun AM 8:00am 8:20am 9:00am (13/14, open) Sat/Sun PM 12:30pm* 12:50pm 1:30pm* (10 and under/11-12) *Approximate times: warm-ups will begin immediately after the conclusion of the morning session, but not before 12:30pm. All events are Positive Check In. Check In will close 20 minutes after the start of warm-ups. The meet will begin 1 hour after the start of warm-ups. General Rules: All USA Swimming Inc. and WI LSC rules apply, including safety rules which will be strictly enforced. Wisconsin Swimming warm-up procedures will be in effect. Feet first three*point entries from the starting end of the pool during general warmups will be enforced for all sanctioned/approved competition in accordance with the recent change to policy 4.5.2(a). Teams will be assigned warm up lanes to use as they wish. Violators of the Wisconsin Swimming warm up procedure are subject to disqualification. Disabled Athletes: Please notify the meet director and meet referee for any special requirements of athletes prior to the start of the first session. Eligibility: All swimmers must be current (2015) members of USA Swimming. USA swimming deck registrations will not be accepted. A swimmer s age for the meet will be his/her age as of June 6 th, Coaches: Coaches must be current (2015) members of USA Swimming to be allowed on deck, and must display their current registration card at all times. Seeding: All events will be Positive Check in, timed finals. Swimmers not checked in prior to the check in deadline will be scratched from that session. Swimmers will be seeded

3 slowest to fastest. For seeding purposes please submit Long Course Meter times. NT s are acceptable. Special seeding procedures will be used for disability athletes. (see USA Rule ) Conduct: All clubs will be responsible for their own swimmers. Any swimmer entered into the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach, must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmers legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. In accordance with the Federal Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004-the use of camera phones or video recording devices in the locker rooms is prohibited. DECK CHANGE: Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is prohibited. Entry Fees: Individual events are $5.00 each. A surcharge of $3.00 per swimmer entered into individual events must be included with your entry. There will be a $4.00 per athlete facility fee which must also be included with your entry. Please make checks payable to Mundelein Mustang Swim Club. Entry Limit: Swimmers may enter Four (4) individual events per day. Entries: Entries will be accepted by the entry chair starting at 8:00am Friday, May 1st, Entries will only be accepted via . Entries will be accepted until the meet is full. Teams must submit hard copies, waivers and payment within 72hrs of meet acceptance. Send forms, waiver and payment to: MMSC, PO Box 1017, Mundelein IL Deck Entries: Deck entries will be accepted to fill open lanes. Cost will be $7.00 per event plus the $3.00 Wisconsin Swimming surcharge if the swimmer isn t already entered into the meet. Awards: Ribbons for 1-8th place in all individual events for 10& under, 11-12, and age categories. Swimmers in the Open category will not receive awards. Admissions: The admission charge for all spectators over the age of 12 will be $5.00/day. Heat Sheets for each session will be available for $3.00. Concessions: Food and drink will be available from the Rec Plex concession stand during the meet. No glass containers are permitted on deck. Vendors: Kiefer will be on site Saturday and Sunday.

4 Meet Results: A copy of the final results will be provided to each participating team via and posted on both the MMSC and WI Swimming websites. Timers: MMSC will do our best to cover as many lanes as possible. However, some assistance with timing may be needed. If this occurs teams will be notified the Monday before the meet of timing needs. Officials: There will be a need for officials to help the meet run smoothly. Certified officials should contact Mike Rehor, rehor6pk@sbcglobal.net. Any assistance that can be provided would greatly be appreciated. Parking: There is plenty of free parking available.
