4 Performance Characteristics: When one considers the performance characteristics of a data enclosure one must consider both the strength to weight capacity and the thermal performance requirements. E-Data Enclosures have deeper, steel vertical support members for exceptional strength and stability. All vertical sections are formed and fully welded from seamless steel sheets. 4 Way fan trays are standard in all floor standing units where extraction flow is required. These fan trays can also be removed to fully utilise the climatic system of a full blown data centre or where the server specifications require it. Flat Pack Options: For our local and export customers where size or freight is an obstacle, all our cabinets and enclosures have the option of being shipped in a Flat- Pack format. This decreases freight costs and and minimises the risk of damage or scratching to the units. Each Kit comes fully supplied with the necessary tools, fixings and instructions to completely assemble the unit.

These units come with front and rear (lockable) access and top and bottom cable entry points. Accessories: E-Data Enclosures come with a full range of optional accessories to compliment and enhance the performance characteristics of the units. All accessories have been designed and manufactured to the same high standard with unique benefits and features to perfect any installation. Physical Cable Management: The GlobalSIX range of physical cable management rails do not simply hide the patch cord chaos, instead they offer full routing control to either side of the cabinet and/or rear cable access. This improved cable management rail offers the best possible aesthetic appearance coupled with true physical cable management. The unique design allows the front cover to be totally removed during the installation phase or can be hinged from the top or bottom for quick access during moves, adds and changes.

6 Accessories Continued... Power Distribution: Power Distribution Rails are available in a variety of options including M Type (South Africa), and all European styles. The flagship, IEC 320 C13 (kettle cord) line enables a 10 way, 16A distribution rail in a convenient 1U, 19 rack space. In addition, a cable retention bar is standard to prevent accidental knock-outs. Sundries: A full range of enclosure sundries include trays and shelves, blanking plates, fans and cooling, cage nuts and bolts. All metal products are ether electro plated or powder coated to the clients requirements.

Its obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its sole discretion, any such defective products. This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. Repair or replacement of a defective product or part thereof does not extend the original warranty period.
