2 Rajesh Subramaniam Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Rajesh is responsible for driving the company s Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom and Media businesses globally. He has worked in leadership roles with organisations such as ICICI Bank, KPMG, E&Y, Pioneer ITI AMC (now part of Franklin Templeton) and GIV Venture Partners. Prior to joining the company in 2011 as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he was the Managing Director of Walden India Advisors Private Limited, responsible for leading all investment initiatives and managing portfolio companies. He has also been the CFO of Firstsource from November 2002 to June During his tenure with the Company, he was instrumental in building the Company to its IPO. He was also responsible for Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Development. Rajesh has completed his Master of Business Administration from Richmond College, London, and is a commerce graduate from Madras University.

3 Sanjay Venkataraman President Asia, Customer Management Sanjay Venkataraman has over 22 years of work experience and currently heads the Asia Business Unit at Firstsource. Prior to joining Firstsource, Sanjay worked with Mahindra Satyam as Head, South Asia, responsible for all of the company s business in the Indian sub-continent. He has been Country Manager and Director of Indian operations with Dell and left Dell to become an entrepreneur with Knowledge Dynamics, which was acquired by Satyam in He has also been with Wipro and IBM. Sanjay has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

4 Iain Regan Executive Vice - President, Sales and Client Services Iain Regan is responsible for Sales and client services functions globally for Firstsource s Telecom and Financial Services vertical. He joined Firstsource in November 2002 and is a member of the Firstsource Executive team. Iain started his career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry 17 years ago, working as an agent for SITEL, UK. Over the course of his career he has undertaken operational, commercial and account management roles for leading BPO providers working with large multinational clients internationally. As an experienced International leader with Firstsource, Iain is the accountable in-market executive for strategic client engagements, ensuring Firstsource delivers the service and transformation commitments for its clients.

5 Sean Canning Executive Vice - President, Customer Management, North America and Europe Sean Canning is Executive Vice-President, Customer Management, North America and Europe, responsible for running the company s Customer Management horizontal all over North America and Europe. Sean has over 20 years of experience in the contact centre industry across a variety of roles, having worked for companies such as Stream and British Telecom. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Ulster and is a seasoned customer management services professional. Sean is currently a Board member of Business in the Community and Chair of Business in the Community s North West Leadership Team. He is also Chair of Derry City Council s Investor Forum as well as Chair of a School Board of Governors.

6 Mitzi Winters Chief Executive Officer, Designate (Healthcare Provider) Mitzi serves as Chief Executive Officer of Global Healthcare Solutions for North America. She joined the Firstsource team in 2002 and has more than 30 years of healthcare management experience. Prior to joining Firstsource, Mitzi was Executive Vice- President, Patient Business Services for Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. Most recently, Mitzi served as Chief Operating Officer for the Firstsource Healthcare Vertical for both Provider and Payer Services. Mitzi holds designations as Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) as well as Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Troy State University.

7 Venkat Raman Executive Vice - President, Operations (Healthcare Payer) Venkat is in charge of Firstsource s Healthcare Payer and Publishing businesses. He has over 19 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) responsibilities including profitability, growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Prior to joining Firstsource, Venkat was with Lason Inc, responsible for BPO operations. Venkat is a graduate in Physics with a Certificate in Management Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad.

8 Shalabh Jain Executive Vice - President and Head, Asia Business Unit Shalabh is the Executive Vice-President and Head of the Asia Business Unit at Firstsource. Under him, this business covers all delivery and business development for Asia. Shalabh brings to the table over 20 years of work experience in various organisations like Wipro, Compaq/HP, GE, IBM Daksh and MphasiS. Before joining Firstsource, Shalabh was Head, Domestic Business, at MphasiS. Shalabh is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He also holds an Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad

9 Arjun Mitra Executive Vice - President, Operations Arjun Mitra is Executive Vice-President of Collections at Firstsource and leads a huge team of employees across the company s US and India locations, focusing on all stages of collections over the life cycle of delinquent and charged off debts. The business lines that Arjun manages span credit card, automobile, student loan, healthcare and telecom. Arjun has been with Firstsource since He was the Chief Financial Officer of US Operations, before making the switch to the business side. Arjun began his career with Tata Tea, the in 1990 and then joined Enron India Private Limited as Finance Controller at Enron s Broadband Unit. In the past 21 years, Arjun has worked on acquisition deals, risks and liability, supply chain management and profitability management. Arjun hold a post graduate degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia and a graduate degree in Physics from St Xavier s College, Mumbai.

10 Vishwajit Negi Executive Vice - President, Operations Vishwajit has over 20 years of service delivery and customer management experience in business verticals across the Contact Centre and Hospitality industry. He has been associated with the Indian BPO industry since its early days in 2002 and has worked with some of the major independent Business Process Outsourcing companies in India and US. He joined Firstsource in 2006 and currently heads the Indian Service Delivery for all International Operations in the Telecom and Media domains. Prior to joining Firstsource, Vishwajit worked with another independent Indian BPO company, EXL Services, where he held senior management positions in the areas of Operations, Transition and Sales Support. Vishwajit completed his graduation in Hospitality Management and Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai. He specialised in the areas of Revenue Management and Computerised Global Reservation Systems.

11 Dinesh Jain Joint CFO, Financial Control Dinesh oversees Firstsource s global finance, banking, accounting and corporate taxation. He is also responsible for all strategic financial activities including business planning, forecasting and analysis, management systems and statutory compliance. Dinesh has been with Firstsource since inception in 2001 and was instrumental in consolidating the commercial and finance functions globally. Prior to joining Firstsource, Dinesh was with ICICI Bank, responsible for US GAAP financials. He played an important role in the US listing of ICICI and ICICI bank as well as in the merger of ICICI and ICICI bank. A Chartered Accountant from ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and a Cost Accountant from ICWAI, is a commerce graduate from Jodhpur University.

12 Deep Babur Joint CFO, Corporate Finance Deep is responsible for driving the company s fund raising, liability management and corporate development initiatives in addition to overseeing Investor Relations. He joined the company in 2002 and set up and institutionalised the Pricing function before leading Business Analysis, Operations Analytics and Treasury. Prior to Firstsource, his experience includes two years as an analyst with Baxter Healthcare, Chicago and three years in Audit & Business Advisory with KPMG, Mumbai. A Chartered Accountant, Deep has also completed his Master of Business Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and is a commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai.

13 Gaurav Bahadur Executive Vice - President, Human Resources Gaurav Bahadur has over 17 years of experience in the human resources function. As an HR specialist, he has managed all aspects of this function. He joined Firstsource in 2010 from Vodafone Essar, where he was Vice President Corporate Human Resources. He played a key role in the HR integration, as the company expanded to 23 circles from 13 during his tenure. Prior to this, he also worked in Yahoo, Hutchison Max Telecom, Philips India and Mahindra & Mahindra. Gaurav holds a Bachelors degree in Science, majoring in Chemistry from St Xavier s College, Mumbai and has done his masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

14 Gayatri Anandh Head, Technology Gayatri Anandh is Head of Technology at Firstsource. An experienced technology professional with expertise in contact centre technologies, she has been instrumental in architecting IT designs, delivering projects and providing IT service support to Firstsource customers for the last eight years. Gayatri has over 20 years of working experience with companies like L&T, GEC Alsthom, UB Engineering and Infosys. She is an electrical engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering and holds a diploma in network centre computing.

15 Smita Gaikwad Global Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications Smita has over 17 years of experience in Corporate Communications and currently heads the Marketing and Corporate Communications function at Firstsource. Prior to joining Firstsource, Smita headed the Corporate Communications function at WNS and handled the entire gamut of communication activities including Internal & External communications, Advertising, Media Relations, Brand Campaigns and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has also worked with corporate communications teams of Principal Financial Group and Thomas Cook. Smita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Mumbai University and a Diploma in Mass Communication from St Xavier s Institute of Communication, Mumbai.
