3 The St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club PLAY UNITED WE fields 280 teams throughout the St. Louis area and Metro East. We are headquartered at the St. Louis Soccer Park in Fenton, MO and also operate playing facilities in Creve Coeur, MO and Collinsville, IL. We are proud to be a dynamic part of the St. Louis soccer scene, a city that many consider THE CAPITAL OF SOCCER 3,500 boys and girls in all age groups and skill levels IN THIS COUNTRY. 280 TEAMS throughout St. Louis and Metro East.

4 THE SLSG PREMIER LEAGUE SLSG operates a competitive youth soccer league for its members as well as outside teams. Top-to-bottom, it is the most competitive league in the area. Players have access to the SLSG fields, coaches and our new on-site Performance Training Center. Additional training sessions with select members of the SLSG coaching staff are included in the club fees. Beginning as young as age seven, players and teams can join SLSG to practice, compete and learn the right way to play. As players advance through this league, select players are chosen to play for the SLSG Academy (boys) and ECNL (girls) teams. SLSG TOURNAMENTS VITAL FOR OUR PLAYERS AND THE CLUB. Our club typically hosts six to eight tournaments every season. These tournaments are important for our players as they are able to compete against other quality teams from around the country. Additionally, SLSG tournaments are an important revenue source for the club as well as local hotels, restaurants and nearby businesses. The economic impact is not small, with some of our tournaments hosting more than 400 teams, with 6,000 to 7,000 players. Many corporate sponsorship opportunities are available to companies who want to show their support for SLSG and reach potential customers.

5 THE SLSG ACADEMY AND ECNL TEAMS The SLSG Academy (boys) and the Elite Clubs National League (girls) are programs designed to provide elite training and instruction for select players in our club. As players advance through the SLSG system, they are identified and selected to participate in a series of tryouts. Players selected for the Academy and ECNL teams have shown the determination, passion and ability to compete at the highest level. These teams (U-15/16, U-17/18) train and compete over a 10-month season, as recently instituted by the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. This new training format is similar to those followed by the top soccer playing nations around the world. U.S. Soccer created the Development Academy in 2007 to improve the everyday environment for the exceptional youth player. The Development Academy is a partnership between U.S. Soccer and the top youth clubs around the country, and is designed to produce the next generation of National Team players. The Elite Clubs National League was founded in 2009 to enhance the developmental experience of female youth soccer players in the United States through better identification, competition and training. The ECNL has been designed to change the landscape for elite female players in the U.S. through innovative player-centered programming. The ECNL has developed a common organizational structure and works with the top clubs in the U.S. to help identify and train top female players inside the United States.

7 BETTER FIELDS MAKE BETTER PLAYERS WHERE THE MONEY COMES FROM A combination of club fees, donor contributions and corporate sponsorships make up the SLSG budget. FUNDING The importance of quality playing facilities cannot be overemphasized. While well-maintained grass fields are still ideal, they can t stand up to regular play and weather. At SLSG, we ve made a commitment to install as many synthetic fields as possible at our playing facilities. These new fields have been a major, but necessary, expense as we strive to compete with other top clubs around the country. Our upgraded facilities enable us to bring better competition to the area, like our recent match against the U-17 U.S. National Team. Each week, thousands of players and parents visit our facilities for training, games, special events and tournaments. THE SLSG CLUB Revenue generated by club fees, tournaments, concessions and other revenue sources is used to pay for coaching, training and all team-related, day-to-day operating expenses. Private donor contributions and corporate sponsorship dollars are deposited in the SLSG Foundation, where 100% of monies contributed are used for improving and updating club facilities. 9 TOTAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT Field training is only part of what it takes to be a successful player. Off-the-field development is important as it builds not only a well-rounded player, but a well-rounded person. THE SLSG TOTAL PLAYER PROGRAM is a special soccer curriculum designed to equip players with the skills and training needed to take their game to the next level, whether that goal is high school, college or professional. It starts with our new Performance Training Center, a state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility that offers training for agility, speed and strength. Additionally, SLSG coaches work with players to maximize their mental outlook and approach to the game, both on and off the field.

Hundreds of our club s players have gone to play for their college teams, the U.S. National Team, MLS, European leagues and even the English Premier League. The St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club is consistently ranked as one of the top clubs in the nation. We are proud to be one of the select Nike Premier Clubs in the country. Our teams have won 27 national age-group championships during our history, more than any other club. By providing elite coaching, training and facilities, we give every player the tools to be their best. We are SLSG. And that is our goal.
