The site office for these works is located at 262 Queen Street, Southport. 2.2 Broadbeach early works site office The Broadbeach early works contract is being completed by Baulderstone Pty Ltd. The site office for these works is located on the corner of Fern Street and the Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach.
