3 MINOOKA (CHICAGO) In Illinois, Interstate 80 Exit 122 Minooka. From exit ramp less than 1/4 mile North on Ridge Road to traffic light. At traffic light left turn on Mid-Point Road. 1/2 mile to DC on right.

Take 605 (San Gabriel) Freeway North. Take the 60 (Pomona) Freeway East. Exit on 7th Avenue North. Turn right onto 7th Ave. Turn right onto Gale Ave. The COI Facility is about 1 mile on the left side of the street. Use the first driveway to the facility entrance. 5 DAYTON From Dayton Airport Follow I-70 to I-75 South to exit 50A (Dryden Rd). At stop sign, turn left onto Dryden Rd, then left onto Arbor Blvd to facility on left. From Cincinnati Follow I-75 North to exit 50A (Dryden Rd). At stop sign, turn left onto Dryden Rd, then left onto Arbor Blvd to facility on the left.

6 DENVER From Denver International Airport Start out going North on PENA BLVD. (go 0.2)miles Turn SLIGHT RIGHT toward TERMINAL EAST. (go 2.1 miles) Stay STRAIGHT to go onto PENA BLVD. (go 9.8 miles) Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the LEFT. (go 10.2 miles) Take the WASHINGTON STREET exit, EXIT 275A. (go 0.3 miles) Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on WASHINGTON ST. 8 HAYWARD From San Francisco Airport Go South on Highway 101 to the 92 East exit. Proceed to cross the San Mateo bridge. As you cross, look left and on a clear day, you will have a great view of Downtown San Francisco. Exit at Hesperian and make a right going South. Get over in the left lane and make a left at Industrial Parkway. Make a right at the next traffic light, Hall Road and drive around the back of the facility. At the next street, make a right and then a another quick right back on Hesperian. Look right quickly and you will see the Visitor and Employee entrance. From South of Facility Take I-880 North to the Whipple Road exit. Make a left onto Whipple and proceed West to Union City Blvd. (which becomes Hesperian Blvd) Continue on Hesperian Blvd for 1/2 mile to the Visitor and Employee entrance. From North of the Facility Take I-880 South to the Industrial Parkway exit. Make a right, West and make a left at the next traffic light, Hall Road. Go around the back of the building and make a right at the next intersection. Make another right on Hesperian and look right quickly for the Visitor and Employee sign.

9 HOUSTON From George Bush Intercontinental Airport (Approximately 30 Minutes) When exiting airport, proceed West on Terminal RD N., follow signs to US-59 South towards Houston. Follow 59 South approximately 14.5 miles, merge onto I- 45 South towards Galveston. After merging onto I- 45 travel 1.5 miles to the (44C) Cullen exit. While on the feeder road, get in the middle lane and travel to the second red light (Do not enter the ramp to the left). At the second red light, take a left on Elgin, pass under the freeway, continue straight thru the second red light, turn left into Warehouse store parking lot, and continue left to associate parking situated on the left side of the Warehouse store. Enter facility thru employee pedestrian bridge. From Hobby Airport (Approximately 15 Minutes) When exiting airport, turn right on Airport Blvd., Travel approximately 2 miles to I-45 North. Travel approximately 7 miles 0n I-45 North and exit on Elgin Cullen Lockwood exit. Proceed to the first red light, which will be Lockwood and take a right. Take a left into the Warehouse Store parking lot; continue to the associate parking lot situated on the left side of the Warehouse Store. Enter the facility thru the employee pedestrian bridge.

10 JOPPA From NYC (Approximately 3 Hours) Take the I-95 S exit on the LEFT toward TURNPIKE SOUTH. Take the exit toward CARS / TRUCKS-BUSES. Merge onto NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE S (Portions toll). NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE S becomes I-295 S (Portions toll) (Crossing into DELAWARE). Merge onto I-95 S via the exit on the LEFT toward BALTIMORE (Portions toll) (Crossing into MARYLAND). Merge onto MD- 24 S / EMMORTON RD via EXIT 77A toward EDGEWOOD. Turn RIGHT onto PHILADELPHIA RD / MD-7.Turn LEFT onto Fashion Way. Our facility is approximately 6/10 of a mile on the left. From BWI (Approximately 40 Minutes) Start out going WEST on I-195 W. Merge onto MD-295 N via EXIT 2A toward BALTIMORE / I-695. Merge onto I-895 N / HARBOR TUNNEL TRWY (Portions toll). I-895 N / HARBOR TUNNEL TRWY becomes I-95 N. EXIT 74 toward JOPPATOWNE / MAGNOLIA. Merge onto S MOUNTAIN RD / MD-152 S Turn LEFT onto MD-7 / PHILADELPHIA RD. Turn LEFT onto Fashion Way. 11 HAWAII From Honolulu International Airport Take H-1 Freeway West (16 miles). At Exit 1, bear right onto SR-95 Kalaeloa Boulevard (1.5 miles). Turn left onto Malakole Street, then right onto Oihana Street. The entrance is the second driveway on the right.

12 MIAMI From Miami International Airport Outside of Airport, follow directional signs to Lejeune Road North. Take Lejeune Road (NW 42nd Avenue) north to E 17th Street (this is equivalent to NW 71st Street). Turn right going East. Once you cross the railroad tracks you will be on NW 71st Street - continue going East until you reach NW 32nd Avenue. The building is located at your immediate left. From South of Facility Take I-95 north to NW 81st Street exit. Go west on NW 81st Street (which merges with NW 79th Street) until you reach NW 32nd Avenue. Turn left (going south) on NW 32nd Avenue until you reach NW 71st Street. Turn right, the building is located at your immediate right. From North of Facility Take I-95 south to NW 81st Street exit. The facility entrance is located at the intersection of N. Broadway and N. Mission Road. At the signal light turn right.

15 RARITAN From Newark Airport Take New Jersey Turnpike (I 95) south to exit 10. After toll take right hand ramp (rte. 514). This will take you onto Woodbridge Avenue. Take the jughandle before the traffic light that says "Raritan Center Parkway". At the first traffic light make a left hand turn onto King George Post Road. Make the first right turn onto Clearview Road. Go to the end of Clearview, the facility is the last driveway on the right. From the South Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I 95) north to exit 10. After toll take right hand ramp (rte. 514). This will take you onto Woodbridge Avenue. Take the jughandle before the traffic light that says "Raritan Center Parkway". 17 SECAUCUS From Newark Airport Outside of Airport, follow directional signs for New Jersey Turnpike North. Take Turnpike North to Exit 16W. After toll, follow signs for Route 3 East, Secaucus. Once on Route 3, travel approximately one mile to Meadowlands Parkway Exit. Get on Meadowlands Parkway and travel 2 miles, over an overpass (Harmon Meadow Cove Apartment Towers will be on your right). At the next traffic light, make left onto Seaview Drive. Travel 200 yards and make a right onto Venture Drive. Another 100 yards and make right into parking lot. From New York City George Washington Bridge - Over Bridge, follow signs for New Jersey Turnpike South. Take Exit 16W, follow directions from above. Lincoln Tunnel - Out of tunnel, follow signs for Route 3 West. Once on Route 3 West, follow to second Secaucus exit (Meadowlands Parkway) exit turns into Meadowlands Parkway. Follow directions from above. From Philadelphia Pennsylvania Turnpike to New Jersey Turnpike North. Take New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 16W. Follow directions from above.

Right off of Mountain Industrial Boulevard onto Sarr Parkway. The facility will be on the left. From the South Take I-85 North to I-285 East. 21 TAMPA From Tampa International Airport Take airport exit to Kennedy Boulevard, turn left. Go to Westshore Boulevard, turn right, go south on Westshore (6 miles) to Gandy Boulevard. Turn left on Gandy, go East to Lois Avenue (second stop light after turn from Westshore), and turn right. Building will be on the left. From the South Take I-75 north to Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway, go West to first Gandy Boulevard exit, bear right (West), next light is Lois Avenue, turn left. Building is on the left. From the North Take I-75 to I-275 South to Dale Mabry exit South. Go South on Dale Mabry, approximately seven miles, to Gandy Boulevard. Turn right on Gandy, go to Lois Avenue ( next stop light) turn left. Building is on the left.

22 TUKWILA From Sea Tac Airport Follow signs for freeway - take Seattle exit, then take first exit, which will be Southcenter Parkway. Follow exit to stop sign and turn right. Drive to second light, which will be Southcenter Parkway and turn right. Follow Southcenter Parkway through one light, at the second light (right after Toys R US) turn left into the parking lot. From the South From Federal Way - take I-5 North to Southcenter Parkway Exit - turn right and follow Southcenter Parkway through one light, at the second light (right after Toys R US) turn left into the parking lot. From the North From Seattle - Take I-5 South to Southcenter exit. Take exit to light and turn left - stay in right hand lane and go to second signal - turn right.
