13 Other products Description Picture Hot Tap This is one of the core businesses of Nemo. The last years these represent the largest projects in our pprtefolio. Typically total delivery of Permanent Equipment to Ormen Lange, Tampen Link, Burullus and Åsgard Hot Tap projects Weak Link PLEM, PLET s Riser Base Pipeline weak links are incorporated in subsea pipelines and are designed to separate in the event of accidental load such as iceberg impact, dragged anchors, etc The unit is pressure-balanced by design to maintain integrity under all internal pressure situations, but will separate when a given external force is applied PipeLine End Manifold (PLEM), PipeLine End Termination (PLET) and Riser Bases have been one of the core businesses of Nemo for many years Nemo has delivered and finetuned these pipeline structures for the past 15 years Picture Marinisation The largest project within these services has been the marinisation of the MAN Turbo Compressor. Now to be installed on the Åsgard Field Active Pipe Supports Active Pipe Support (APS) offers the opportunity to reduce loads from pipeline into hubs and connectors and as a result of this, increases capacity for tie-in points GRP Protection Covers GRP covers are designed with standardized lifting points and mud mats, and ballast steel and hatches as required Apply Nemo has in total delivered more than 700 GRP covers for different applications during the last 20 years Broad portfolio of quality subsea products and solutions

14 Other products and solutions Description Picture HIPPS System Electro Hydraulic Valve Actuator Pipe Clamps Tooling High integrity pipeline protection system Nemo has the knowledge, the technical tools and the experience required through all project phases The Actuator is a self contained system with SIL 2 rating All connections are electric, hence no hydraulic lines from platform are required. The actuator is fail safe, hence it will quickly close on loss of electrical power. Automatic self test (partial close) is implemented Several clamp designs have been developed and delivered. 17 Product - Hot Tap Åsgård Hot Tap Illustration Hot Tap Permanent equipment Design features A Hot Tap operation is performed to connect a new pipeline to an existing pipeline. The operation is done by drilling a hole in the existing line trough a Tee connection and a Hot Tap valve. Later the new line is connected to this system typically through a Goose neck spool. Delivery of permanent equipment needed to do a remote Hot Tap in large water depths is a Nemo specialty Basic design of an Hot Tap system Main Hot Tap projects performed are: Tampen Link, 350 m water depth and 8 bore Ormen Lange Southern Field development, 800m water depth, 16 Burullus, 80 m water depth and 12 bore Åsgard Hot Tap project, 350m 12 bore Long experience with advanced products and solutions
