3 UPS Cards JBUS/MODBUS communication card The JBUS/MODBUS communication card provides UPS and STS (Static Transfer Switch) data. > Data Transfer: The card transfers data via MODBUS/JBUS standard protocol. STS Web card Upsilon/Epsilon STS can be monitored by the STS web card. > Remote UPS management: Enable management of your UPS by connecting it directly to the network. Utalk basic Acquisition card The acquisition card is an optional part of the MultiSlot module. Using the proprietary U-Talk or Basic protocols (dry contacts), it acquires measurements, status information and alarms from the UPS and transmits the data to the I2C bus of the MultiSlot. > UPS Status Checking: Continuously checks UPS status to verify current condition

4 UPS Accessories Environment Sensor for Network Management Card Environment Sensor (ES) monitors temperature, humidity, and the state of two contacts. > Temperature monitoring - Changes in temperature are reported via the user interface or . > Customizable input contacts - Monitor conditions from third party devices that have contact closures > Humidity monitoring - Changes in humidity are reported via the user interface or . Alarm relays electrician communication card The card controls six output relays depending on the operating status of the UPS. It also receives signals on the two SELV inputs (this function is available only in programmable mode). > Customizable input contacts: Monitor conditions from third party devices that have contact closures. > Customizable Output Relays: Control the output from third party devices via output relays. KIT Network management link The Network Management Link kit allows connection of 6000, 9000, EPS 6000, 7000, 8000 or Comet UPSs to the network. > UPS Status Checking: Continuously checks UPS status to verify current condition

5 UPS Accessories 2 Utalk / Basic ports communication card Provides two communication ports that may be configured for Serial/RS232 Port (U-Talk) and Basic (AS400-type dry contacts). Dry Contact inputs: User assignable inputs allow other equipment alarms to be monitored through the power system controller. Serial connectivity: Provides management of the UPS via a serial port.
