34 Results Building on what is there already, on existing success: LISTEN Training and Development Committee formed and recognized as official wing of National Council; curriculum established Network of specialist resource persons and alliances Systems being established LGUs taking on CBR: Entry into 14 of first batch of 15 pioneers Training of Trainers Module finalized training for 6 regional teams in April Finalizing training modules: SHARING RESOURCES Training being provided on technical skills to the pioneers, through the Committee, alliance members, academe Another 70 + LGUs being enabled by NGOs Local government leaders advocating CBR with their peers Promoting enablement among NGOs Monitoring and mentoring, enhancing existing systems CBR Manual-Guidelines to be published in April
