Avoid storage in high moisture areas. Keep in a clean and well maintained warehouse. Bet to use within 12 months of production date, but product is stable for 2 years. When stored below 26 degrees C, the oil will solidify. To thaw, heat product to no higher than 40 degree C for no longer than 24 hours. When melted, the product will develop slight turbidity and form white sediments.
