4 Innovation We have taken a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities, by either developing our own technologies, or aligning ourselves with other leading technology providers that complement the services that we provide. Silver Sonic Hydro Demolition Process has developed and patented the Silver Sonic process, an Ultra High Pressure Fluid Blasting System for the removal of coked refractory materials from petrochemical process units. Inspections of the demolished material can be done by remote camera, mounted to the unit itself, saving time and money in shutdown situations. This new process is up to 12 times faster than traditional demolition methods, and therefore delivers significant cost and time savings to the project. To date, has been engaged to provide this service to Caltex Kurnell, Caltex Lytton and Shell Geelong. We have also completed a successful demonstration of the process to Shell Global in December 2011.

5 Innovation Cardox is the exclusive distributor for Cardox in Australia and New Zealand. Cardox is a non-explosive method of removing process build up from a number of applications. These include in the cement and lime industries, power generation, coal storage and any application where materials, even food is stored in silo s, as the gas produced is inert and does not interact with the process materials. It is also used to perform detailed excavation works and rock breaking where shock loads and vibration from traditional explosive methods would cause issues for surrounding infrastructure. Morwell (Vic) Established in the Latrobe Valley of Victoria. In addition to the locations above, we are more than capable of servicing customers outside of these areas. We have recently completing inspection services for customers near Bunbury, Western Australia, and refractory demolition and installation services for a customer in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. This in addition to the work recently completed for Shell Global in Malaysia. We are confident that we can service any customer, any time in any place.

7 Accredited and Experienced Labour Force takes an active approach to the skills of our personnel, and provides any necessary training. Employees have been trained in the following: OH&S Corporate System Industry WorkCover Induction, Advanced Rigging Course, Confined Space, Senior First Aid, Demolition Licence, Rail Industry Safety Induction (RISI), Industrial Rope Access, Industrial Hydro Jetting (ISI), Various tickets and licences which include boiler makers, crane operators, Dogman, Scaffold, Advanced, Forklift, Dozer, Excavator, Industrial Rope access, Plumbers, Boring, Riggers, and HR Heavy Vehicle License, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform.

8 Ultra High Pressure Water Blasting s ultra high pressure pumps are capable of delivering 3,000 bar of pressure, while a selection of heads provides many options for both high flow and high pressure work. Surface preparation is trouble-free with our Spiderjet ultra high pressure surface preparation system. The team has developed purpose built hydraulic machinery designed for remote blasting in high risk environments. Hydro-blasting operators and supervisors are Advanced Riggers, Confined Space trained, Demolition Licensed, and have completed the ISI training course. Every hydro-blasting project is comprehensively risk assessed prior to commencement. A site specific Safe Work Method Statement develops a unique safety strategy to eliminate any dangerous activity. Engineered hydraulic machinery allows high volume work to be performed remotely, while ultra high pressure gun operators are protected with TST Kevlar water blasting suits.

9 Shotcreting We provide wet and dry shotcrete solutions to industries, ranging from civil construction projects such as major roads and freeways to underground mining and tunnelling works. The team have extensive experience in utilising the latest technology available to deliver a modern shotcrete solution tailored to each project. This includes the use of synthetic reinforcing materials providing enhanced structural integrity to admixtures delivering early strength. The team are problem solvers. We currently hold the Australian record for long distance shotcreting at 500m. Our personnel are qualified to deliver services in confined spaces and at heights.
