Almost any shape pipe can be relined by Nuflow, including vertical or horizontal, square, round pipes, 90 degree bends, traps, traps, junctions and elbows. 7 How it Works Before any relining takes place, the drains must first be inspected and surveyed. We use a Colour CCTV pipe camera to identify and locate the cause of the problem. The Drain is then cleared using High pressure water jets; once the blockage is cleared the pipe is then ready for the liner installation. Our liner is custom made from fabric that is impregnated with specially formulated two part epoxy resin that sets hard in a matter of hours allowing minimal disruption and inconvenience. The process The cause of the problem is identified and jetted until the pipe is clear of any blockages Once this has been completed, a Nuflow liner is pulled into place and inflated with an internal rubber bladder It is left to cure and when the bladder is removed; the pipe is structurally rehabilitated and functions as new.
