Roger Dujardin, office adressed at 2000 Antwerrp (Belgium), Kipdorp 42, we, the undersigned, DANTE DE MEYER, marine and cargo surveyor, office adressed at 2640 Mortsel, (Antwerp) Drabstraat 201/9, attended on board the aforementioned vessel at the port of Antwerp on the 30 th of June Our assignment reading as follows: in view of a forced sale after judicial confiscation of the vessel to made a visit aboard ship to get an idea of the condition and hers characterizations. This survey report records information and details obtained during the superficial inspection and as made available by the vessel s master and chief engineer. This report is based on information obtained verbally or extracted from the ship documents made available during the course of inspection on board. The undersigned surveyor will not be held responsible in any way for any information that has been misinterpreted or for any errors and omissions. The report is based on a superficial inspection carried out in limited time in order to provide an overall opinion of the vessel s condition. Page 1 / 21

17 Life boat SB Poop deck Our general impression of the tanker after walking around: During and after our walk-around of the complete vessel, I could not avoid the impression that the vessel / tanker be found in a good looking / excellent condition for her age (6 years old). No cargo tanks could have been inspected (last three cargoes carried were crude oil and cargotanks are under pressure of inerted gas). Page 17 / 21

21 Our general impression of the tanker after over-going the all ship s classification documents ( all ship s documents are deposited and open for inspection on court bailif s office ): Vessel has launched as a new-built double hull tanker in ( Built in Japan ). Regarding to the all ship s classification documents ( see attachment ABS survey status report for owner ) and regarding to the general noticeable condition and out-look, the tanker will be an in good state, ready-for-use.
