9 Mid-Term Review Meeting A physical review meeting of 4 hours The CMU is represented The involved NCPs may participate Two external reviewers are invited to assess the status of the projects and provide recommendations for the next phase The consortium is broadly represented 9

10 Mid-Term Review Preparation The projects should deliver at least two weeks before the review meeting: A publishable 1-2 page summary fact sheet; Updated agenda of the meeting; A questionnaire on timing, finance, consortia, etc. Provide all other relevant materials in electronic form (e.g. updated DoW, Financial Plan, CA, annual reports, deliverables, brochures, links to videos, etc.) 10

11 Mid-Term Review Presentations The projects should deliver during the review presentations on: Project structure, management and finance issues; Project content: Technology development/ integration; End-users involvement process; Business model(s) and plan; Dissemination and exploitation activities. Service and business 11

12 Mid-Term Review Report Review report signed by the independent experts is sent to the project coordinator in 2/3 weeks after the MTR meeting takes place. Project coordinators are requested to respond to the set of recommendations included in the MTR report in 3 weeks. 12

14 Final Review (1/2) A remote review (no meeting) Two external reviewers (same as for the MTR) are invited to assess the status of the projects and provide recommendations for the after-project phase The reviewers prepare a set of questions The consortium is asked to reply 14

15 Final Review (2/2) All deliverables are assessed Additional materials can also be provided (videos, apps, access to website, etc.) and the consortium must provide the final project report. 15

16 Final Project Report (1/2) 60 DAYS AFTER PROJECT ENDS Publishable Project Results Summary (1 page) resulting product/service; needs/problems the product/service responds to; target groups of users and payers; technological innovation of the product/service; social innovation of the product/service; expected time to market. 16

19 Project Amendments (1/2) 1. Request for major changes of official project characteristics (objectives/scope, extension, consortium) must be submitted by the project coordinator to AALA CMU on behalf of the consortium. 2. CMU checks central eligibility criteria and submits to the involved NCPs for approval. 19

20 Project Amendments (2/2) AALA CMU informs the project coordinator the outcome 4. If the request is approved: AALA CMU updates the information in the projects database and AAL website if necessary; Each participant must contact his/her NCP in order to finalise the amendment of the national grant agreement. 20
