4 GENERAL INDICATIONS One of the major outputs and results of the ENFORCE project is to launch a large-scale awareness-raising and public information campaign to promote the call-center and network services, in order to qualify the energy market for the EPBD implementation. The campaign will include meetings with consumers, workshops for the different actors of the sector and participation to fairs in each participating country as reported in the tables in the paragraph GENERAL CALENDAR. The campaign and all the dissemination activities are carried out within work package 6 Communication and Dissemination of which ESCAN is leader. DOCUMENTS TO BE PREPARED AND COLLECTED FOR THE EVENTS Each partner organizing an event within the ENFORCE project will prepare and collect the following documents both in paper and electronic format. Event dissemination material (copy of the mailshots sent, stamps of the webpages promoting the event, list of channels activated for the event dissemination, etc.) Agenda or brochure of the event (free format) Participation list (annex 1) prepared before the meeting Scanned version of the signed participants list Material distributed at the event (mainly lecturers slides) Evaluation questionnaire (annex 2) Short report on the analysis of the evaluation questionnaire (annex 3) Minute of the event (annex 4) Other documents which the partner consider as relevant. The documents collected by the WP leader will constitute, together with a summarizing table of all the events held within the project (annex 5) prepared by the WP leader, the work package deliverable Information awareness-building campaign reports (D6.4). 5 ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES OF THE PARTNERS As project coordinator and WP leader, ADICONSUM and ESCAN, will be responsible of: Monitoring the work carried out by all the partners by collecting a calendar of the events planned and information on the events already carried out at the project meetings, Preparing and finalizing with the contribution of all the partners the following documents: o ENFORCE information awareness building campaign guidelines at month 6 o Energy Efficiency Practical Guide in English at month 9 o Energy Efficiency Practical Guide in the other project languages at month 11 o Information awareness-building Campaign Reports at month 24 and 36 Collecting and keeping track of a paper report and an electronic file containing the documents listed in the paragraph Documents to be prepared and collected for the events on behalf of all the partners relative to each event All the partners will be responsible of: Planning, organizing and holding the events considering all the relative factors (national calendar, planning of other events, project Gantt, duration, etc.) Collecting the material distributed / illustrated at the event Preparing an evaluation questionnaire (if the partner has not an internal template then the template to be used is the one in annex) Collecting the filled in evaluation questionnaires, analyzing them and preparing a short report on the results Preparing the event documents in paper and electronic version Informing the coordinator and wp leader at each èproject meeting on the future and past events.
