6 eapis Overview Electronic Advance Passenger Information System Designed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Provides required information to CBP electronically (web-based) Used by commercial carriers and the private aviation community Provides traveler manifests (crew and passenger) to CBP AOPA has developed an excellent course: 6

8 Required Data for eapis People: Valid Canadian or US passport & no criminal convictions - Other cases: Call and ask! Passport number, expiration date, country of issuance Full name as shown on passport Residence address Country of Citizenship Pilots license number and expiration date 8
