2 Enjoy choosing from a range of fun and exciting clubs
3 At Smallwood we are pleased to offer a range of After School Clubs and Activities throughout the school year. Each club is aimed at particular year groups. All places in a club are based on a first come basis, however priority is given to children who are not already enrolled in a club. The majority of the clubs are free, however there may be a charge for some clubs to cover tutor costs. Clubs will run for 10weeks this term.
4 The Booking Process Booking forms to be handed in to the Office Staff from Monday 19th September 2016 Only one club can be applied for on the booking form. All forms need to be returned no later than Tuesday 20th September 2016 Letters confirming a place in a club will be sent home by Friday 23rd September 2016 Clubs will start the week

19 YOGA BUGS CLUB Through Yoga, the children will experience a balanced physical fitness programme that includes warm up exercises, posture work, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques in a safe, warm and non-competitive environment. This is done through story telling and magical adventures which will inspire their imagination and strengthen their inner core. All this whilst having a whole lot of fun! 23 REMINDERS All clubs run for one hour. 3.30pm pm (Cooking and Cheerleading until 4.45pm) Please make a note of the start date of the club and the finish date. Please ensure that your child has the appropriate clothing for their club. Your child will need a water bottle for all sports and fitness related clubs. Please do not send snacks in with the children. All children are expected to demonstrate good behaviour during sessions. Children must be picked up promptly. Late pick-ups will result in children being taken to After School Care where a charge will be incurred by this service. You may also lose your place in the club. For unexpected reasons, some sessions may need to be cancelled. Please ensure we have up-to-date contact phone numbers and addresses for you if we need to inform you of any changes.
24 PLEASE NOTE! It is important that all children have an opportunity to be part of a club. Please sign up for one club to start with. You will be notified if your child has a place in a club by letter which will be sent to you as an . Second choice booking forms will be available if there are spaces! These will be made available after the first booking forms are due back. As we are using some outside providers, there are charges to some clubs. Payments must be made in advance. No refunds will be given unless the School has to cancel a club or a session.
