2 PORR IN POLAND PORR (POLSKA) S.A. is one of the companies of the Austrian Construction Corporation PORR Holding based in Vienna. PORR Corporation was established in 1869 and has ever since run its business in Austria and many other countries in the world in all branches of the construction trade. In Poland PORR has been involved in the construction business since 1987, commissioned by foreign and Polish Investors. Completion of other investments led to the formation of PORR (POLSKA) S.A., which was established in The main areas of our business include in particular general and industrial construction in Poland, with particular emphasis on Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw, Cracow, Lodz and growing into other areas. On the 29th of June 2012 took place merger of PORR (POLSKA) S.A. S.A., PTU Polska Sp.zo.o. and Teerag-Asdag Polska.Sp.zo.o. The above mentioned companies merged with Porr (Polska ) S.A together with their technical and executive potential.
